Since I've moved to Johnston I have spent many days shopping at this wonderful neighborhood store for my new home outfitting needs. Having been there practically everyday while having work done on my 4 month projects I became very familiar with the store and it's wonderful staff, And the experiences I've had there make Home Depot the only place for myhome needs.

My visit to this Johnston Home Depot was very pleasant. The sales associates, from the time I entered the store to the time I checked out, were totally efficient!!! All questions were answered and I felt like I was truly valued!!

The folks at this Home Depot take pride in servicing their customers. One issue we have is with pellet brands; you have to purchase the pellets but are not guaranteed the brand. This has nothing to do with the Associate who worked with us at the store but rather a Home Depot policy.

I have been to many Home Depot location, from Coventry to Providence, and I find the Johnston store to be well organized, very friendly and most of all extremely clean. Keep up the great job!!

I like the fact that I can go online and check to see if an item is in stock AND WHERE IN THE STORE it is located,aisle number and bay number.

AN AVERAGE HOME DEPOT AT BEST. ASSOCIATES ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANT TO GO FIND THEM.

My only issue with this store is the lack of cooperation with floor associates. When I needed help with a fairly large purchase ($3500) involving heavy items, nobody wanted to help me. They either passed the buck or said I'll get someone to help you. This happened on a few visits.
