Everything was orderly and well marked. Associates helpful and understanding

Store was very clean. The first person I asked wasn't familiar with the department I needed help in but had someone who could help me very quickly. Unfortunately the store did not stock item I needed. Associate was very helpful in making suggestions as to where I might find what I needed, which I found thanks to her.

The wonderfully lady working in the paint department was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, she made an extremely helpful suggestion on what to use to get our walls good and clean in preparation for painting.

Was able to walk in and get what I needed and walk out. Fast and easy service!!

We went in for one gallon of paint to paint one wall. My 2 yr old loved the cart with steering wheels. The ease of finding products and displays of finding colors & options was great. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Check-out was a breeze and no waiting with assistance.

I am happy with the organization and cleanliness of the Joliet store and I am very happy about the helpfulness of the associates and cashiers for both purchasers and returns. I am extremely happy that Home Depot honors veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces with their 10% Military Appreciation Discount. Overall, every time I go to this store I am very satisfied with the experience.

Get rid of the self pay cahiers and hire real people. It is very hard finding some one to help you in any department.

Had a salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the products. Helped me find what I needed and the price I wanted to pay. Did all he could to help me qualify for any rebates. etc. There was no pressure of any kind which I really appreciate . When making future purchases in that department it is Ron who I would seek out to assist me.

Scott and Jim were very patient and knowledgeable associates in your Appliance department. My wife and I had many questions about the appliance package we were interested in, and they took the time to answer all of them. We made the purchase, but may not have done so had it not been for these Gents. Its the little things and attention to detail that mean a great deal to my wife and I. There is much competition to choose from such as Online, Sears, Lowes, HH Gregg, etc., and we made our purchase at the Joliet store mainly because of that personal touch by Scott & Jim. You are not in the floors, plumbing or appliance business, you are in the Customer Service business. Thanks Joliet Home Depot!

I always founded everything what I needed. The store is always clean and people are very kind.

In looking at new appliances, I believe it was Scott who was so helpful, answering several questions we had, and providing great information to help us makes our decision.

Overall good experience. Invetory stated some items were in stock but service/sales associates were not able to locate the item I was in need of.

They need to support their customers because we can't find anybody to help us.

As a woman I am not acquainted with some of the building items that my husband sends me to get. I depend on the salespeople to inform me of differences, similarities and what I might need to accompany my purchase. Your sales associate, Ron Sibmbak did just that.

Good Experience - Poor waiting time for a 16x80 2 panel door. Over 3 week wait for a cheap hollow door. This is putting painting on hold, and moving into our home. I understanding it's "special order" but the door is nothing fancy!

This store has done a 180 from a few years ago. There was a time when it took forever to find an associate to assist you, and there were never enough cashiers available. I only shopped there when I had to. That is no longer the case today. Now I find that the associates are more readily available, friendly, and willing to help. The cashiers are friendly, and stand in the aisle to let you know they are available. I feel that they have done a good job in improving customer service. I can now recommend this store.

My experience shopping for store kitchen appliances at Home Depot was a great experience thanks to the professional friendly store associate who assisted me Denise. I had no idea about all the different products and was clueless to which product would be best in my home.
