I only had a few sundry items to pick up this trip, but found them all very easily and quickly. This store is always clean and well organized. The sales associates are always helpful, when needed. And I love the self checkouts!

I had a shower to repair and really needed help finding what I needed for the job, a fiberglass repair. A sales associate helped me find the right product for the job and recommended I watch a YouTube video, on top of reading the directions. I did all of that and successfully did the repair! Very happy!

I have used Home Depot since it opened here. Ive been happy with my service. I have bought supplies from purchasing a wooden fence to storage buildings to paint and lawn and garden. I shop here frequently and have always been satisfied.

The guy is always cleaning the floor when I go in the Home Depot which is everyday and the older white guy at the paint desk is very helpful and knowledgeable and the girl named Bobbi is very good at her job and always helpful and knows where everything is and the girl named Mallori at the check out desk always greets you with a smile and is always helpful.

I have been a Home Depot's customer for 15 years and am very pleased that I chose Home Depots for all my household needs. I have tried other stores and have become very frustrated when I can't go directly to what it is I am looking for, because of the number of years shopping at Home Depots, I do not have that problem. I never have a problem finding anything at Home Depots and when I do, I look around and there is a Home Depot representative waiting to assist me. I love this store; regardless to which store (Springfield, VA or Jonesboro, AR) it appears everyone knows me by name and that makes me feel very special. I get a good feeling each and every time I walk through the doors of Home Depots; each time I feel like it's the first time stepping through the doors. I can honestly say I know of no other store that makes me that excited when walking through their doors. The store was very clean and bright. It was so easy to find what I went for and I enjoyed looking at the seasonal items they had in stock. It only took me a few minutes to get my items and I had no trouble getting checked out. Everyone I saw was extremely nice.

The employee that helped us get started on our new kitchen renovation was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Red" eased a lot of our worries and made our first step very comfortable for a future large purchase. We are looking forward to our dream kitchen. Thank you!

Associates at this Home Depot are always more friendly and helpful than at other home improvement stores in Jonesboro.

I was able to find the part that I needed quickly and what I needed was easy to find in the aisle was labeled properly, along with the bin of parts. The sales associate greeted me at the self check out and wished me goodbye. I was in and out of the store and less than 17 minutes, even after browsing a couple aisles for things that I didn't need. The price for the item that I needed was less then what Polaris had to offer and it was in stock unlike my Polaris parts that I needed.

When I arrived at Home Depot , I went to the Tool rental department to check on a floor sander, the associate was very helpful in explaining how to use the sander, how many sheets and the grit of sandpaper that I would need, then he explained how to stain my floors to make them darker( at my wifes request), Then he explained how to seal the floor after the stain dried. Great experience today. Then I went to the screw department, found what I was looking and off to the checkout, Very nice associate. Checked me out very fast and away I went, until tomorrow, taking my truck to get some lumber and post.

purchased 30 stepping stones asked where they were they pointed where to go and they guy in garden center vanished never asked if i needed help or anything.

I love to shop at your wonderful store. I have done shopping at lowes in the past just because it is closer. BUT I AM DONE WITH THEM. I have had a run in a time or two with them over the many years on returning/ exchanging an item (even with receipts). I have had problems with their "famous" price matching policy (I had the manager to argue with the manager over a chainsaw last year where TSC had it for $50.00 less) they DID NOT match TSC price. And recently needed them to do warranty work on my TROY BILT 4 stroke weed-eater. When I got that resolved I am done with them.

The staff at the desk went out of their way as a team to help me buy the products I wanted and did this very pleasantly.

Had to wait a little since only 1 associate was on hand to make keys. Otherwise, great as usual to make a run to Home Depot.

Returned on-line purchase (shower fixture) due to personal preferences, kind of lengthy process. Customer services rep was very attentive and worked hard to make process easy. Purchased a different shower fixture and discovered when I got home, a 75 min drive later that the item was probably a return item that had not been repackaged properly--I can't even determine if all items are there (novice). The employees of the store were rude and not helpful. I had to ask three different employees for assistance with countertops after I had already walked all over looking for an associate. The checker was also rude.

Need to find 12x24 tile with matching backsplash and chair rail tile. Did this same job on another house and the results were great so came back to look for similar tile...and we found everything we needed for the job
