Very friendly staff! Everyone greeted me and made sure that I did not need help! Love the Juneau store!

Thank you to Ron- Asst Store Manger for all his help today. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we came in for and even looked up and found product we couldn't find. We appreciate his wonderful customer service skills!

We went into Home Depot on a Saturday evening and had an awesome experience thanks to Eric and Tiffany.

Staff always helpful and friendly. If they don't have it they will order it for you. One of my favorite places to shop.

Ron took the time & was most helpful in assisting me with Home Depot account verification at checkout when the store was busy.

My wife and I had this young man start to help us and he wound up pushing our cart and helping and recommending items to us when we couldnt make up our mind! he was so helpful we didnt want to leave. I was kidding him told him either he was bored or didnt have anything else to do but I know he was being friendly and helpful! I forgot his name but I will look for him when we come in to the store again probably in December also I had some parts missing from a set of storage shelves I bought for our church in Angoon, my wife is the pastor, noticed it when we got home and I proceeded to assemble them, I bought two sets. I called the store and an associate named Richard, and store manager Ron were very helpful in getting the parts to me via seaplane! very pleased with the Home Depot in Juneau! Richard and Ron went the extra mile!

The two gentlemen helping with my online order were excellent! The only reason two were involved was because I told the first my limited timeline, so he wanted his co-worker to know my situation in case I called back needing more information. AND I DID! I was so happy to find out he had passed along my information. Due to the diligence of BOTH employees, my order was expedited. My experience ordering from the Juneau store has been much more positive than going through the Seattle store. They KNOW what I'm talking about when I say "yes, it really does rain that much here!".

We were in and out, and received excellent assistance from our Associate. Everyone was friendly, from the Associate that assisted us to the Cashier who checked us out. We will DEFINITELY be back; the service provided was very much appreciated. Thank you Juneau Home Depot!

I get to Juneau only a couple of times a year. While I always get great customer service, this time was exceptional. Simon used every tool in his grasp to make sure that I got the item I needed and that it would ship without delay. Awesome!

We had to search and search with no luck to find someone to help with some flooring questions. Luckily there was a gentlemen at customer service to help finally. I don't think I should have to chase down and spend some much time trying to get assistance. :/

I entered your store one time and saw the reflection in one of your displays of one of the workers point to her eyes and then pointed at me and my boss motioning to one of the cashiers to "watch us". I have on several Occassions looked down the aisle to see one of the cashiers or workers watching me partially hidden behind the corner. In my mind it he had approached me and maybe said "may I help you find something?"not only would my shopping experience be quicker and more enjoyable but I wouldn't feel like I was doing something wrong. When I wasnt. I will admit that I have passed your store and went to another hardware store on some occasions simply because I did not want to be treated like a shoplifter. And I do not shop in the evening in your store because the people in the daytime are only ones who know me and no longer treat me like a shoplifter

Low inventorys, completely out of many items, a lot of inventory their but not stocked or avaible

SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND ASSOCIATE TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS OR PRODUCTS. VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU DO HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE ASSOCIATE. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO CASHIER MOST OF THE TIME. SELECTION OF PRODUCTS IS A LITTLE WEAK SOMETIMES.

Great staff, well organized and well stocked. Holiday products go fast so don't wait too long in shopping.

I guess its the inspirational and fun atmosphere of having basically all the "toys" a man could ask for; but the feeling is pretty blissful at Home Depot. I think it would be a good place to rent out for birthdays and the like. Especially if the birthday boy could go pick any toy he wants.

We were in a bit of a hurry and an associate asked if she could help us find what we needed. She helped us find the product and to make a selection very quickly. She was quite helpful and knew her inventory.

As I've said some associate are not respectful with the customer specially if they have a little bit position already. They have to respect the customer regardless of their position.

Upper management does not care enough to keep good employees, it is more important to be part of the click. Department supervisors are Unknowledgeable. They a discriminatory towards people they do not like. Store associates worry more about how not to do any work and drink all the coffee made for contractors, rather then working or helping customers.

every helpful staff .. easy access to everything. Easy Parking and it was a quick check out. I was satisfied. very Satisfied

If I ask for a product I always get excellent assistance. No one dodges a customer, all associates willing to help.

The associate was very knowledgeable on the store layout and directed me to the correct location for the product I was looking for. The aisle I was in did have some carts/displays in front of the items I was looking for but I was able to access the items. The cashier had me come over to the register before I could do a self checkout and was very professional and helpful.

After years of paying through the nose for building supplies, Home Depot was welcomed to Juneau with open arms. The local building suppliers have survived by beefing up their customer service, and are maintaining a strong customer support because their staff is knowledgeable and can get special orders into Juneau within a week. Home Depot has a high employee turnover, resulting in staff that do not know if an item is carried, or where it might be. Staff typically do not know how an item should be used or installed - and this has turned a lot of do-it-yourselfers away. Special orders take a minimum of six weeks to get to Juneau, and for whatever reason, we cannot order on-line and have it shipped to the local store. Amazon is the go-to site for all my on-line ordering. I shop Home Depot because of the variety of products offered, for the prices and for the convenience of getting a needed item when I need it. I recommend shopping at Home Depot only if you know what you need and how to installl or use it.

Came into the store last night and had the most pleasurable experience that one can get from shopping at a large retail store. The sales associates that worked in Appliances made the shopping experience extremely comfortable and instantly made me feel like I was part of the Home Depot family and I even left the store with a hug. I will continue to track down this group of 3 ladies when it comes to remodeling, because they are actually educated about product quality and recommendations. I can't wait to visit my local Home Depot Store to talk with my new family.

The store has people who are knowegable & can meet most of our needs. The layout is functional & clean.

Many hours were wasted trying to accomplish a flooring order for materials, measuring, delivery and installation. The process took almost 4 months, because associates weren't available, did not return phone calls, were on break, or could not be reached by customer service, etc. After full payment, the order was finally placed and delivered to my home only to find out that the installer wouldn't install this product! Why did they even proceed with the order? Or let me know before it was delivered? After all the frustration, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which took over 2 hours at the customer service desk before they could find someone available to help with this task. And then, I found out the next day, that I didn't even get a full refund and was told they couldn't refund the $50 down payment! Knowing how customers are treated there, it's highly unlikely that I will ever do business with Home Depot again.

Thank you, The Home Depot, for the Military Discount you offer military personnel on many of your products. I realize this is not something you have to do, and that makes it a true gift and something that is really appreciated.

Some of the associates are the most helpful, wonderful people ever...Adrian and Bo are FANTASTIC. ---I won't mention the names of associates that need way more training and are actually pretty useless employees----- Before I was able to purchase what I needed I was told by 3 different employees that Home Depot doesn't carry what I needed. 3 times I was told there were no storage sheds for sale. Thankfully I didn't believe the associates and went to the Customer Service desk where I was told 12 storage sheds were in stock and I was able to purchase one. Please Home Depot, train your associates better on what is in stock and what you actually carry, Thanks.

Every time I go to the store, everyone is helpful and nice.
