I do need help with the Home Depot shopping lists that my husband gives me while he is buried with the building of a project. I strive to be detailed and ask questions so I bring back exactly what he needs. I try to pitch in and run these errands for him knowing that I will receive help at Home Depot when I have no idea what some of the items even look like. I really appreciate the fact that the Home Depot associates are willing to help and knowledgeable! I count on this. !

90% of the time I shop at this store it takes over a minute to find help who will not turn and walk away when they see you approaching. The cashiers, however, are very helpful and go out of their way to help.

We were able to get new appliances for our new kitchen at a great price with ease due to the help of Peggy Warren our Appliance Specialist, who knew her stuff and was very friendly.

mine was an on phone experience ... the associates were more than helpful .... they took the time to help me pick out a fridge with the right measurements to fit in the place that I had to work and with the largest capacity for that size .... and it was on sale too .... I would highly recommend home depot Kalispell, montana ..... thank u for being so helpful ...

Checked on line for carpet sale and found several. Home Depot was the one I decided to go with mainly due to the knowledgeable sales person in that department when I went to view the carpet I wanted. I went to Lowes to see if there were any reasons I might get a better deal but for the small amount of price difference I went back to HD to make my purchase, mainly because of the sales associate.

The Paint Dept associate was quite helpful and knowledgeable.

Home Depot always have helpful and friendly employees. The store is well stocked with a great selection of products. Home Depot always have good prices, and offer sale prices in each department. They always have enough checkers so you don't have to wait long. They always ask if they can help load your purchase! I recommend shopping at Home Depot to my friends, and anyone who ask where they can fine a good hardware store.

I prefer Home Depot over Lowes because there policy of supporting vets.

Dennis in the Paint Department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't want us to buy too much paint if we didn't need it. He mixed the paint up for us while we looked around and he had the paint ready when he said it would be.

i cannot even begin to describe how helpful everyone always is in here. From garden to lighting to paint to drillbits, lumber and everything in between. The sales folks always manage to get me laughing on each visit, and i am consistently impressed with the amount of knowledge they have, often even in multiple areas. A++!

I was looking for a culinary herb "Greek Oregano" which is difficult to find in this area. The Greeter directed me to the herb area and I found, and bought two plants - YAY The Greeter was very friendly, helpful and professional. I really enjoyed my visit to Home Depot.

Terrible customer service, employee texting when found him for help, he left a 100# air compressor in the aisle after getting it off the top shelf and said "there you go mam there is your air compressor" and walked away. Won't go back

When I could not find what I was looking for, an associate approached me immediately, looked the item up on the store computer, took me to the correct aisle, helped me make my selection, got me to the check-out and helped me to the car...all with a smile and a sense of good customer service. Lovely.
