Remembering the first day of opening in Fishkill, NY. I had made my husband close his eyes and told him I was taking him to a special toy store. Being the nice guy he was, he did so. We lived a few miles away in PV, NY. When we got out of the car, I told him to open his eyes and watched the glint in his eyes as we walked to the store. Every year, for our anniversary, I bought him ANOTHER tool till he passed away. Having learned Western Construction in College.....I now have a wonderful collection of tools, as well as now sharing them with my significant other.

They seem to be a lot better then they use to be, People know what they are doing and are friendly.

Great store! Associates always ask if I have found what I need. Clean, and looked after.

Employees are always helpful and go above and beyond for customers!

I would recommend this store due to it always having what I'm looking for, in stock and the kind and the helpful store employee Mari, who always has a warm hello and how can I help you today. On those points alone I recommend this store.

I have shopped both Claremont and Keene NH, Keene is far and above the better of the two.

I appreciate having Keene's Home Depot so close to us. I certainly use it a lot and enjoy each visit. Ken and Nash in Doors and Windows were outstanding for customer service that is not always the case, some employees could take lessons from Ken and Nash. Your inventory has plenty of options and most employees go looking for what the customer wants. When you look at the parking lot there are cars with license plates from Mass., Vermont, New York, etc..and of course N.H. . It's a store a customer can depend on! Thanks,

Friendly and helpful staff are almost always available at this location. The store is well stocked. One downside-the in aisle temporary displays are sometimes too large to navigate with ease.

Each employee whom we have met, is friendly and can provide accurate information about where products are located. The appliance and flooring department staff have been extremely helpful.

We returned some extra tiles. Staff was attentive, courteous and positive. As we shopped, we had several employees help us find specific items. Items were well displayed and stocked.

Great location in Tax free Keene, NH 30 minutes from MA & 15 minute from VT by car. Friendly staff and a great rental center that frequently sell quality used equipment. 5 stars would recommend

This store is always a friendly experience and has helpful staff.

I was grateful to have help from a knowlegable, patient gentleman who helped me select the right items for my project and also loaded them onto my cart. The store was clean, atmosphere cheerful. At the check out the cashier and emploee helped wrap the panels for the ride home, the store manager was very professional and helped resolve an issue I had getting my items home. I like the way the staff respected eachother and helped me.

Zero customer service. Associates scurry away like cockroaches from the light rather than approach and ask if you’d like help.

Employees dont make eye contact - this way they dont need to help.
