We picked out a tile that we liked online, went into the store to find it and did. A store associate named Chuck was extremely knowledgeable about tile and was very helpful in discussing our project to tile our bathroom. He was informative and reassuring about our decisions and materials that we needed for our project.

Since I am a regular customer at Home Depot, I knew where to go to find what I needed. As usual, I found the store clean, well organized and friendly people. Although I did not need assistance, it was offered by two associates at two different places. The cashier was very nice. She asked if I found everything and thanked be for my purchase and invited me to come back. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

Had a hard time finding anyone to help me. When I was walking around looking for someone, I noticed 3 associates just sitting around the desk back at the doors dept. They didn't even offer to help until I asked them for help.

The checkout cashier helped save me money by alerting me to special store sales.

This store was clean and products were very easy to find.

Had all my tools stolen in the last week!! Cannot work without them, feeling very low, worked with "Dan" in Tools and "Sean" in Pro account. They did everything possible to help us replace critical tools and listened to our needs. They cared about our problems and did a great job in assisting us. I am glad this store has great associates like this and this will be my number 1 store!!! Thank you very much for your help and keep up the great work!!!!!!

I went into the store knowing what I wanted and where it was located. I was asked by 4 different associates if they could help me. That's pretty great. Great store, great staff.

IF YOU HAVE NO QUESTIONS, NO NEED FOR ASSISTANCE, AND LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE A PLAGUE VICTIM. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! JUST MAKE SURE TO PACK A FLARE GUN IN THE LIKELY EVENT THAT THEY HAVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU DROVE 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM LOWES FOR AND IT'S ON THE TOP SHELF OR LOCKED BECAUSE IT IS MORE THEN A 5 DOLLAR PART.
