Dillon in the plumbing department saved the day! I had a broken water line & sent my wife to the store. I texted her a list of what I needed: 3/4"pvc pipe, (3) 3/4" 90's, hot pvc glue that is blue, pvc primer which is purple,pvc pipe cutter (ratchet style). I told her to talk to the person in Plumbing isle & they'll help her get these things. (She told me later that list might's well been greek) I'm praying the whole time that she doesn't get an employee who doesn't know how to help. She was frustrated & I had here hand the phone to Dillon. Dillon very calmly hand picked each item I needed & confirmed he had everything. I remember asking him if he forgot anything on the list just to call me back & he told me that he believed he had it all already in her basket. My wife was back on the road & to me within the hour. He got every part correct! A leak that could have been a disaster was lessened and repaired in one hour's time due to Dillon's help. Home Depot & Dillon are fantastic!

Came back to this store since I was satisfied with my first visit purchasing appliances but when I returned to purchase paints, it took so long to get an associate. Several staff passing through to look for someone to assist customers waiting but still took so long to send someone.

I visited this store on a hot late afternoon looking for an exterior paint color. I was greeted by an associate in the paint department with a greeting and a smile. He immediately knew what I was searching for and happily helped me. I left the store pleasantly surprised at the great customer service he provided. Funny how all it took was a greeting and a smile to improve my long tiring day by 100%. He demonstrated what customer service should be but rarely is these days unfortunately. I would definitely recommend shopping at this Home Depot in Kyle. Will be returning to make exterior paint purchase with confidence. Keep up the good work!

I am doing a major interior remodel on a house recently purchased and I am in and out of this store every day. I have had nothing but really friendly service and very kind people helping me throughout my project. The down side of this Home Depot store is that they are small and don't have some things I have to find in other stores, such as a Kohler dual flush toilet I recently purchased from the Brodie Lane store since it is really bigger and had more selection. I have nothing but kind words for the people working at your Kyle store; you [Home Depot], might not stock everything you carry in that store, but the people are gracious and helpful. So thank you, for having such a great staff.

I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Everyone is so willing to help if I can't find the product I'm looking for. The store is clean, well lighted, the carts are clean and easy to find. If I need a manager there is always one available and helpful.

I am constantly impressed with the associates at the Kyle store. I have had such a positive experience that I hate calling just a few of the folks who have helped be find items, get advice from and finally help me load. I have as of yet failed to have an associate provide me the help I need. Coming from the Houston market, image my surprise when (1. I could actually find an associate 2) they were willing to help 3) they were knowledgeable 4) they actually helped load my vehicle without any hesitation. There is another HD just a few miles closer, but I stick with the Kyle store.. Don't think I can go wrong.

I received plenty of help loading and tips for unloading equipment . Blake was very help ful and helped me out in multiple departments of the store .

No associates available to help my husband, who is 73, to load sod into our car. Not very good at all. Have taken our business now to Lowes.

I was extremely happy with the help I received. The Associate (Alma Salinas) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She made my visit a good one. I wish all associates were as helplful.

I priced a tile in Lubbock and in Kyle. The Kyle store was significantly lower than the Lubbock store and Lubbock would not price match it. Pete and Ray were extreamly helpful and Jay gave us an added discount because we had to haul the tile all the way to Lubbock.

My husband has a broken arm and all of the salespeople went out of their way to help us by gathering the items we needed in the gardening department. We also needed custom paint mixed for us and sales associate Marr was very helpful and even loaded our truck for us.

Looooove this store and this location!!! Close to home, always have everything I need and VERY helpful associates!!! Even when I think I know exactly what I need or want, an associate asks if I need assistance and I find out waaaaay more information on the product that I didn't know!!! Has helped me make the right choice on more than a couple occasions!! Thanks for being my Go To project store!!!

i work in retail myself, so i am VERY picky on customer service, well kyle home depot really does have great customer service, my partner and i are first time home owners and decided to do some DIY work on our house, so needless to say, utube and home depot is our best friends. there is ALOT of knowledgable people that work there but a couple to shout out are the flooring crew, Jay is the manager on the floor and he has really helped us out and also Pete in flooring is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They just make you feel very wanted and they are engaged with their customers, i didn't expect them to remember me when i asked about spacers for my laminate but they sure did, everytime i go into that store each person remembers who i am and asks how the house is coming along! Blake and Brayden on the lot are FANTASTIC! super respectful and very helpful! in all a great experience at kyle home depot!

Go to the Kyle location and look for the Flooring Lady. GREAT!

The Home Depot in Kyle, TX. is by far one of the better Home Depots to shop at. Great, attentive, knowledgeable customer service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

First time I tried this but was so easy. Reserved what I needed and just picked it up - no out of stock experience. Was very efficient.

Jay the manager and Janie helped us return items that I bought online that arrived broken. They took the time to try to find replacements. It went a lot smoother that we expected.

Large in stock inventory! Positive and knowledgeable sales associates! Clean store with easy to shop aisles! Nice brand selection in garden department.

The recent purchase at my Home Depot came with excellent customer service. I purchased a washer at the Home depot and was helped by associate Ray Wood. He was able to help me make a selection from the washers available that I am sure my wife will be pleased with. He also explained what to expect when my washer arrives and what I should do to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Very satisfied with my visit to Home Depot!!

When I entered the store last Sunday, I asked the first associated to point me to the refrigerators. He walked me back to the department and introduced me to the sales associate and I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator with the expert knowledge of the associated. He explained the appliance so thoroughly and quickly completed the order. I'm the proud owner as my refrigerator was delivered on Thursday (just 4 days later). I now am happy to have water and ice in the door after filling ice trays for over a year with my OLD FRIDGE. Happy shopper at Home Depot, Kyle.

I was able to find all that I needed. It was very helpful since I am trying really hard to complete a remodel to a home that we purchased so that we can house foster children. Once it is done and with the help of Home Depot we will have a great home for them to live in. Thank you

I only shop Home Depot Kyle as I have always been able find an associate to assist me. This trip was no exception. I found not one but two employees who went above and beyond to assist my husband and I. June and Pete were more than willing to help and were easy to find to obtain the assistance we needed. Pete found an item in the store that we believed as out of stock. He looked for us in the store and caught us before we left as he continued to look for the items we needed after we had left the isle.

No one available to help husband to load sod into vehicle. Husband is older.

Great paint department. Definitely a good selection of paint.

Employees are helpful when you need them. We love coming to Home Depot and it's very convenient to our home.
