Knowledgeable, helpful associates. Good layout. Had items other Home Depots didn't.

As soon as you walked in to the store you get welcome with a smile the store is always clean and I can always find someone to help me if I have question..... did I mention all of the great sales they have.

Great store to buy things that i need would recommend to others!

I have been repairing and setting up a mobile home that I moved from Yelm to Lacey, I have received the best help I have ever gotten in any store from Saul the Assoc. at the contractors desk.

Seamless transaction when using for business text to pay!

This is our first week in Lacey, WA after moving from Alexandria, VA. We do not know anyone yet and are unfamiliar with the community. How very nice, therefore, to be made to feel so welcome by employees at Home Depot! We received excellent counsel on building materials, window covering and even the best restaurants in the community! Even the deliver person was most friendly. All we can say is "thank you."

I came into Home Depot with incorrect product information but the associate looked up the information for me and handed me the correct item.

What to thank Chuck, Dakota, Lindsey and another lady I did not get the name of. I bought foam core to insulate by garage door. It did not fit into the back of my car, was to light to tie onto the top. The associates option was to cut the foam into 2 foot strips. He started to do that and a lady came out and said take it to tool rental and they will do it. The tool rental folks cut it, Dakota measured and cleaned up as they went. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PS since I did not have any other way to transport this product, I would have had to return the foam core and forget my project. THANKS HOME DEPOT

The Lacey Home Depot is a great store, the employees are properly trained and they really do know their way around the store!

Had a return of several items purchased for a water heater install. Since I was covering every possible need, there were extra parts left to return after the plumber left! The return staff was courtious, knowledgeable and handled the transaction without a single hold up or question. Wish I remember their name, it was so fast, didn't have the slow time that sometimes happen at any cash register where I think to look at their name and use it if possible! Thank You all at Home Depot, Lacey Wa. !!!

I moved the area and a upper . Home Depot had I needed window coverings toilets (though I wish you had black)

Went to look around at options for different projects and there is a wide variety of tools and materials available. Also like that the plastic boxes are not all made in china.

The store was clean and prices are good. They always have what I am looking for. Fast easy shopping trip.

Had to ask an associate to help locate a specific product. He suggested and tried 2 identical places I looked. As he resorted to looking it up on an electronic inventory guide I found it 2 aisles over from like named products. Odd. But overall, not an unpleasant experience shopping. Always fun to troll the aisles anyway. Never know what you'll find or learn you 'need'. Maybe that's the real real method to this mild madness, eh. :)

They have a great selection of products and the store is very clean and full of very friendly, helpful people.

I love the Black Friday mystery palettes strategically placed throughout the main aisles of the stores, almost like Christmas morning, "What's under the black plastic?" Thanks for having a well stocked store with knowledgeable associates in all departments.

I never have any wait at this store. Associates are ready and willing to help when needed.

aisle ways are cluttered with sales item and people (with their carts) making it hard to get around pushing a cart.

I had a great experience at this lacey store and was very impressed with their wood selection and will be coming back very soon for more of my business projects as well as my own. I was able to get in and out in no time at all and was very pleased with how many staff they had on hand just in case anyone needed help with something thank you again for the great experience

Saul in special projects is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and very patient.

Price comparing items for our kitchen remodel and making our home more energy efficient. Amanda in the kitchen cabinet area was very helpful giving us ideas and approximating cost of the cabinets. I am a little surprised that Home Depot has not promoted more energy efficient products other than LED lighting. The quality of windows is subpar and the selection of high efficient hot water heaters is non existent. Heating (all forms) in the NW is a budget concern for many households and the lack of quality products has forced me to seek other businesses to save on my utility bills.

The store was very clean and bright and organized and the sales associates were very helpful, the experience changed when we got to the register. We purchased a lawn mower that was marked down. A manager had to be called to approve the transaction, she did not even acknowledge us. When we left we were shown "no" appreciation. Sad!

This location has the most friendliest, knowledgeable staff I have found at any home improvement store around the area. The folks in each department - know their department - where to locate things and help problem solve by helping with additional options to completing your project or repair. Thanks Home Depot I can ALWAYS count on a great experience in this store!! And thanks to the management for hiring friendly - willing to help staff!!
