This has to be the best Home Depot store I’ve even been to. The employees were kind, helpful, and....friendly! Amazing! I have been here multiple times and each time I am impressed.

Jessika was very accommodating during check out and gave us a friendly goodbye after checking our product and receipt. The aisle's were clean and spacious.

Nadia the head cashier was very helpful, nice, and pleasant to me.. I really appreciate her taking time with me. Her spirit is beautiful. Wonderful customer service

Beverly helped me with fixing my Home Depot Credit card rejection problem. Those things she was not familiar with, She quickly asked an associate and fixed my problem, I appreciate Beverly's friendly attitude and service.

all of the employees I encountered were very kind and helpful. I was here for paint samples and they were speedy and i was in and out.

I came in because I’m going to start a home based business using different kinds of woods and stains. From entering to checkout every employee that I encountered was attentive to their customers as well as making sure they were ok with locating things. I found everything I needed in order to get started and can’t wait to come back for more materials.

I was at the store located on La Cienega Ave. not the one on Slauson 8801 S La Cienega Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90301 This survey took too long and in order to congratulate one of your workers for doing a great job. I wasted my time with questions that I was forced to answer. I'm not likely to do this again.

If you need to go to a Home Depot, this location has the best employees in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. I don't go to the Home Depot on Jefferson Blvd even though it is closer to where I live because of the employees. In terms of cleanliness and products, all Home Depots are pretty similar.

Customer service was great; store didn't seem as crowded as the Marina Del Rey location. Felt more like the old fashioned hardware store; boutique feel. Might be alittle out of the way, but well worth the trip!

I go to this Home Depot store because it is five minutes away from my home. The associates are friendly. My concern is the selection of products available. I'm starting do-it-yourself landscaping projects around my home; I sometimes find myself having to go to a specialty independent nursery to find certain plants and/or fertilizers. Also, returning items on a Sunday afternoon takes longer than I'd like due to the number of Cashiers available in the Returns area of the store.

Great Store, Great staffing and very helpful every time I went, today as well.. Satisfied Customer, even during this pandemic!!!!!!

The Ladera Home Depot is experiencing shortages of Essentials like other stores but I felt like I had scored highly when i was able to find somethings I needed at a most reasonable price. Thank You!!

This review is based specifically on my experience on 5/10/20. New protocol is in place due to covid 19 which is great for the safety of all employees and customers. However the employee that was in front (older African American lady with grey hair) job duty was to let people in however was not doing her job. As we were 1st in line we waited there was never no “hello” she was talking to other coworkers and several people had exit for maybe more than 15 min I expressed Concern and let her know that quite a few people had left already, she specifically and I quote responded in a rude manner that “Ok I let You know when to come in” and proceeded to walk away and talk to employees while there was a long line people were complaining and this point some people were just going in all while the employee in front was talking to coworkers so many people had left that my husband & I decided to just go in since there was no authority, no direction. (Please keep in mind we are respectful to protocols in place) however there was no protocol! Two other ladies went in as well then suddenly we catch interest of the employee and she runs and screams( “stop that HISPANIC couple) as we were requesting paint. We expressed that several people had left all while she was talking to other employees she proceeded to tell the young man in the paint dept to not service us, we asked to speak with Manager. Within about 3 minutes she let more than 10 people in I would say about 15-20ppl. I felt completely harassed and embarrassed by the way employee was attacking us. We waited for manager to come and explain the situation however he never came and the guy just gave us the paint. We asked the employee for her name and she walked away, employee in the paint dept stated he was new and did not know & manager on duty was Andy. I felt Like a criminal as she was paging several managers to come so we won’t get assistance all while she did not say one thing about two other African American ladies who walked In as well. We respect protocol in place however there was no protocol this day no sense of direction!

This is a very convenient, well-stocked, technology-savy , up-to-date store. I easily got everything I came in to get. The cashier was friendly and thoughtful.

The best Home Depot I have every experienced excellent customer service, great products with low prices!
