The store was clean. We had to look for an associate to ask a question but it was answered readily when we found someone and we were directed to the exact spot for the item we needed.

Was hard to find an employee at all. Then when I did they were from another dept. and said they would get someone but never did. I found what I needed and got out of there

This store was very organized. It was clean and clear of clutter. We were able to obtain associate help easily when needed. We even had asked an associate in a different department a question and he was able to help us find the exact placement of item we needed by giving us the isle number and location of item there. We will definitely be back! Thanks Home Depot for such a great experience!

My overall experience was much improved based on my previous visits to this location in past years. My only complaint is that I am a Army vetran, and when inquired about their discount for vetrans, i was told that without an official dept of VA Id or active duty ID card, they would not be able to apply the discount. That is fiine except that I live in the state of GA where the state issues Veteran Driver Liscences and State ID Cards that prominantly state that the Individual has been verified to be a US Veteran. Nop on in the store could mak a descision on if they could except that or not. One would think that if a merchant excepts a State Government issued ID for verification to use a credit card, they could except the same ID for Veteran staus verification. This gives the impression that the ID is ok to except if money is to be received by Home depot, but not ok if it means that Home Depot would have to give a little back to those that have served our country to ensure Freedom for all. Home Depot Please remember that Freedom is not free; someone else paid the ultimate price.

The associates in this Home Depot store are very friendly, helpful and polite, and there are plenty of associates throughout the store available to assist customers. The store is neat and clean and everything is labeled well so that you can understand what the product is, and how much it costs. Whatever we come to this Home Depot to look for, there is almost always a great variety of choices and brands. We shop at this Home Depot often and it is always an enjoyable experience.

Store was clean and organized, but I was looking for 3.5 inches screws. They had the correct screw, but I couldn't find the size I was looking for. After looking for about 20 minutes (with several associates looking at me in the aisle, but never coming down it), I gave up. There was a sign telling me I could go on line if I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I spent 10 minutes trying to get the attention of a store associate who was talking to a friend... I left the store without the shelving and I will be lurching it somewhere else.

I am always impressed with Home Depot!! The store is clean and items I need are easy to locate! I especially love the Home Depot application I installed on my phone!

I would like to thank the girls at the finance desk who helped me get special finance terms, the gentleman who explained how to operate the riding mower to my daughter, and to the store manager who went out of his way to deliver the mower to my daughters house. I bought a new freezer and was pleased with the service. I had also priced the freezer at another store and it was cheaper and the associate let me have it for the cheaper price.

Organic Plantone for garden in the store this year. Last year had other Plantone but not this great product was so glad for my vegetables I can buy in GA now. Thanks.

Homedepot is my favorite place. They have most of items I was looking for always. Good place

My husband and I went in to Home Depot to build a project. Gary instantly helped us. He was really helpful, patient, and kind. He provided us with great customer service. We then went to purchase our products that Gary helped us with. The cashier was extremely sweet and friendly. She was very helpful and patient with us as well. This was one of our best experiences we have had in a store yet!

I readily received assistance from a store associate in finding a certain type and size of nail I was looking for. I came into the store to purchase several items, including paint, nails, wall hanging hardware, glue and duct tape. Home Depot has everything you need in one great store. The store was clean and organized. I was able to get in and out of the store in a timely manner.

The store is well marked for things you are looking for. If i have any questions i can always find someone who is ready to help.

We talked to many associates and most were very helpful! Only when asking to get an associate to a certain area may take a little time, you may have to ask twice. But I loved ordering the products online and just picking them up at the store. We are remodeling our house, so we looked at so many items. There is so much great stuff to look at and great ideas for the new remodel. We will be back again soon, I'm SURE!
