This is a HUGE shout out to John in the paint department at our Lake Worth #0205 store. We needed to match the color of the chairs we bought for paint to do the front door of our project. I was trying to find a swatch to match , and said my normal hellos to the gang. JOKINGLY I asked John if he could match the color of the chairs??? John energetically said heck yes ! He literally picked up the chairs and put it up to the scanner and TA-DA .. I PERECT MATCH!!!! Thanks John you always take such good care of us but today was beyond impressive!! terrible customer service on returns

Was mistreated by staff there. Sherrilee at customer service is an absolute TERROR. The parking lot is full of criminals looking to break into your car while you shop(I've heard some sad stories). Need help look for something? Your on your own, the staff is too busy looking at their personal phone to help you! I don't recommend shopping at this HD.

Love this store ! Nearby, helpful employees, all that is needed, even contractors are available.

If you are a working professional in trades do not buy your tools here. The boxes say lifetime warranty. But they will not accept the exchange for one that works. I'm finish carpenter and wood flooring installer. I learned today not to buy tools from this store. This store does not care about the working professional that buys their tools here. They will not take care of you. To top it off. The cashier will treat you like you are the problem. Wanting to warranty it out.

Employees WANT to be helpful

The Garden Center at this location is especially nice. I visit it often, and will continue to do so. It offers whatever a gardener may need or want. I found pothos plants easily, which were what I had come for. Everyone was helpful; the store was clean and orderly and the associates were there to assist, especially my cashier, Shea.

I've always appreciated HD but the employees here seem to perform above the usual level.

Extremely helpful staff who stay with you until your needs completely met. At first sigh of confusion at th4e self checkout an employee came and helped us and stayed until we were completely finished with the process and wished us a great day as we left.

I had an overall very good experience shopping at this home depot on labor day weekend when it was extremely busy. They kept everything well stocked. The people working here were able to help me cut carpet and load a lawnmower. The cashier, Nilsa was very friendly and was making all of her customers smile, despite the lines being 10 people long at times. I was impressed with how well this store is run.

I was helped by an employee named Santia and she was wonderful. She fixed my weed-wacker machine - she found the two needed parts needed to make this machine work and fitted them to my machine. I cannot thank her enough. . .

THEY TOOK AWAY " ALL THE CASHIERS" NOW YOU WAIT IN LINE LIKE SHEEP, FOR A COMPUTER TO TELL YOU, IT CANT TAKE SPRAY PAINT, UNLESS AN ASSOCIATE COMES. THEY ARE ALL BUSY, IN SAFETY MEETINGS. WHAT A JOKE.

Found what i was looking, but I ask rental equipment at this location and they don;t have it. The associate refer me to other stores that have that service.

Home Depot at one time was an excellent store to shop; Since The Store Manger Pedro has left the store has never been the same, customer service has gone down hill. There are still a few employees who know what good customer services is like Mark in the Lawn Care division and Maurice as well as Julian in Cabinets, and Pauly in Paint dept. but from there I don't see much in the way of Customer Service. There was a time you walked in a some one was there to greet you and to see if you needed help. Don't see much of that anymore.

Very friendly associates-Anthony, Jervis, Jennifer, Arthur, Deb, Few to name.
