You typically only see service this good when corporate visitors are in town and they are trying to trick the big wigs into thinking they are always this good. This store is no joke... I was there on a Sunday, so no chance of corporate visitors... just great service.

We had a great associate Andrzej who was knowledgable, helpful, patient, answered all our questions and researched the questions he didn't know the answer to. He stayed after hours to help us finish and even offered to meet us on his day off!

Lumber associate very friendly and helpful. Knew what I needed and even saved me money.

Guy in lawn and garden was really helpful,. helped me find the correct lawn seed.

A great store and staff, always helpful to get you what you need.

I was in the store on Sept 2, around 10:00 A.M. I brought in an old can of stain (bought elsewhere) and asked if they could come close to matching the color. They were very helpful and checked the sample off the outside of the old can. I then asked for advise of which stain was good. I am partial to Behr. They suggested both Dehr and Flood. I chose the Behr, price driven and they agreed that would be good for the project. They printed the labels for the top of the five cans and went down the isles to bring them to the counter to mix. Unfortunately, they were out of the stain base. Without any hesitation, they substituted the better grade of stain for the one they were out of for the same price. With service and help like that, I am sure to keep retuning to Home Depot for my future needs. Thanks again. Jim

Frank was helpful, knowlegeable, and friendly. He worked with me to determine everything I needed for my ceiling fan purchase. His suggestive selling increased my purchase and made it possible to get everything I needed in one trip!

Lake Zurich Home Depot is a first class service organization. I've bought my washer, dryer, gas stove, water heater, sump pump, paint (the best) all at Home Depot. The staff are all very helpful.

Everytime I come to the store the associates are always willing to help. There is always a great selection of what I am looking for at that time.

I didn't have a clue what I was doing. The associate helped me find the perfect answer. I didn't know what size would work, and he suggeated I buy two sizes, and bring back the one that didn't work. I did that. Perfect!

The store associate that helped us, Rich, was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to help us decide on a lamp, and when it wasn't in stock, he made numerous calls to help us find another location that had it stock. Rich helped make our trip to Home Depot extremely pleasant and stress-free.

I needed lots of help loading bags of paver base and paver sand onto a cart and into my truck. One of the employees was extremely helpful. He actually had the bags already on the cart every time I returned for more.
