I just had one of the best Home Depot and Ridgid tools experiences ever. I have purchased Ridgid tools from HD because of the LSA (Life-Time Service Agreement.) Last week my Ridgid 13-amp 10 in. Professional Cast Iron Table Saw R4512 had a problem. To begin, dollar for dollar I still think this is the best table saw on the market for the price. I took the saw to HD, no questions asked they fixed it at No Charge and completed the work well within the time frame they had told me it would take. All of this was done without an attitude or issues. Just great service.

In the garden section Vance was very knowledgeable and nice he answered all my questions and if he didn’t know he asked someone that did, excellent job

After an unfortunate issue with not having the rental vehicle available that I reserved, Jonathan (manager) made the situation right with a discount on the rental. He was very apologetic of the circumstances and promised to make things right. His crew member, Jesus followed up with us over the next several days to ensure our rental vehicle will be available at the alternate date and time arranged. The incident caused inconvenience to some of our friends who planned to help us, but there was nothing we could do. We very much appreciated the effort that Jonathan put forth to make this situation better then it started. So, hats off to Jonathan and Jesus!
