Hala was our cashier and she was so incredibly sweet and kind. She gave our kids these little wood toys for them to build. But talking with her during checkout was lovely, she was just wonderful.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. If I ask for assistance fidning something employee usually takes me directly to the location they don't just tell he the aisle they truly assist and make sure i find what I am looking for. Two days ago ahd a deaf lady help and she was just as cheerful and helpful as all of the other employees I have dealt with. She is an asset to be sure.

I have always had a good experience shopping at this Home Depot. I go there about once a week.

Check you purchase before assuming it is correct! A store associate handed me a "lighted switch" based on the description on the front of the shelf. He did not confirm that it was what I asked for (I knew exactly what I needed and described it accurately). When I returned to exchange the item I found that Home Depot did not even have the item I wanted - they simply placed the wrong container above the description. I wasted two trips for a $10 item and still didn't have what I needed.

I shop at this store due to its wide selection of items that I need for my work around the house. The employees are friendly, and a big help when I am not sure about which item to purchase.

I visited the Lancaster Home Depot and found all employees eager to help. This was on a Holiday shopping period with an impending snow storm on the way, and all employees were busy. My cashier signed me up for a Home Depot credit card saving me money on my gift purchase. The store also gives a Military discount which was appreciated. Thanks for a retail sales force that aims to please.

Manager Ashley and her staff were awesome during VERY busy and peak holiday shopping. Ashley assisted me being very courteous and helpful even though the store was PACKED and she was having to constantly bounce from one task to another. I will definitely shop here again.

I visited the store looking to purchase something that was only available online. Ken helped me build something comparable using materials that were in the store that day. His patience and customer service led me to a great shopping experience. Joy also displayed wonderful customer service skills as I was checking out at the register. Thank you, Ken and Joy!

I was able to exchange a gallon of paint because it did not match my room as planned. That meant alot to me.

Went to purchase paint. The paint employee (Bill) was vey rude. Would not even talk to me and when getting the paint I wanted never even asked me if I wanted a quart or a gallon. He the just grabbed my phone from me to see the pic I had of the paint code . I really did not like him taking my phone without asking with the virus going on. I hope the store manager address these concerns with this employee.

I like Home Depot for general home needs but I like Home Depot particulary because they carry Milwaukee tools.

Unfortunately, this store is not enforcing masks nor spacing despite rising numbers of Covid-19 in Lancaster.

Home Depot has always been my favorite store. It’s one of the few where sales associates are knowledgeable about the products they sell and the best ways they can be used. I enjoy the kind conversation and assistance I can rely on and the vast variety of items.

I love this store and the employees have always been very helpful. Today there were multiple people who were not wearing masks and they went unchallenged.... I would normally give this location a 5 star but I felt unsafe yesterday and gave it 2 stars as a result.

i do like to go and shop there but there was an occasion when i was trying to buy a tool and making sure is the correct this employee that works on the tools department came and say to me if you're doing that you have to buy it, and after that he did fallow me for a little while that make me feel uncomfortable and upset

This store has improved over my last visit. Aisles were clean. Lots of sales people around if I needed help. I was able to find everything I came to buy. Check out employees are always nice. I hate self checkouts. I want a real live person to check me out and they were very nice.

George from paint department went above and beyond to make sure I had the product I needed. He was very kind and efficient!
