Great store to shop at.

An employee went out of his way to find an item that wasn't on the shelf. Even after i said it was ok he went and got a ladder to check and see if there were more on the upper shelves. And there were. Very satisfied.

Extremely friendly staff.

Dawn in Appliances is AMAZING! She knows her inventory and was very knowledgeable with the inventory on the floor and how to quickly place orders for delivery. Because she was so friendly and knew what she had and how to work the orders on the computer easily, she turned a frustrating day of having our fridge die on us, to aiding us in ordering what we wanted and having it delivered sooner than later.

The associates don't seem to have much training. A few are very good but most rarely know where the products are. They are friendly. The products in aisles for Black Friday make moving through with a cart very difficult

I purchased a dryer today. The salesperson, Debra Slocum, was very helpful and extremely easy to work with. Not a pushy salesperson - more like a friend helping you out.

Everything was organized and most things were stocked well, especially considering the current situation. The customer service is always great. Anna in the door and widow department does an incredible, above-and-beyond job! She worked with me closely to find a front entry door that I love and was prompt, sent me several options and continuously followed up with me until I was satisfied with the outcome and price. Phil at the pro desk was also incredibly helpful! Thank you both so much! Amazing job!

I never have a problem finding what I need here. It is always clean and organized. Also, with the recent COVID crisis, the store is consistently clean; clean carts are always available, and they even have buckets in the parking lot to dispose of used gloves and masks.

HD wrecked the only working key I had for a door in my house. When all is said and done it will take five trips to the store, me having to order a replacement lock and ME having to change it. No apologies. No store credit. No manager willing to come speak to me personally. To many other options to get treated poorly when they made the mistake.

Troy in plumbing went above and beyond to help us in constructing a field goal for our sons open house. He was kind, helpful , knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and walked us through the process of piecing it together. Excellent customer service !

Always friendly atmosphere and helpful associates when needed. Like most businesses, sometimes you may not find what you are looking for because of changes made to the vendor listing or vendor supply of a product. But there are a lot of products to choose from which will work equally as well. A very good place to shop at.

Store is very understocked, many many empty shelves, employees are not wearing masks, and none of the customers are wearing masks, only myself and one other person in the store were wearing a mask, I would strongly recommend Menards were they enforce the mask policy at the front door

I choose home depot over any other because they honor veterans with there 10% discount and are always thankful for my service when I shop there which is usually once a week!!!

It seems that for the last couple of months all of the employees are on edge, rude and very unfriendly, stock in the store is very low maybe that’s due to the pandemic I’m not sure, but good luck trying to get help in the Lapeer Home Depot

The people in the store were very helpful and polite, however NEVER and I do mean NEVER have anything delivered from this store. I live about a mile away. Cancelled an appointment to be home for the delivery. The driver called and said he was on my street but couldn't find my address. I gave very specific directions and my street is only about a mile long. Not a back road, but a semi-main street. He said he'd get right back to me. Instead, he took my order back to the store and dropped it off!!! I wouldn't even have known but I called after waiting half an hour and they found it sitting there. Then they say they'll call me back when they can reschedule another delivery. If your drivers can't find their way around a city the size of Lapeer, either get another delivery driver or give him a GPS.

I looked up the wire and clips I wanted to buy and than came to store with my list and everyone was very helpful getting the wire for me than taking it to my car and loaded it in. even gave me the same price as the internet price

We are starting a huge DYI flooring project. Whatever your needs just head to customer service. They sent 2 employees help us find items we were not familiar with, making sure we had everything on our list, cutting boards to size for Free, and even waiting while we rang it all up, and helped load our vehicle for a safe trip home. You can’t buy that level of customer service anywhere else.

Terrible curbside service. Waited an hour and NEVER received my lawnbags! How hard is that order to fill?
