Amy was the sale cashier and she was very friendly and helpful!!!

Although the employees were fine, I’m not sure who does their door installations. I was scheduled to have my door installed between 2-4 pm. A young lady called and asked could I change to a 4-6 install time and I said ok. At 5:23pm she called to say the installer was broken down on the freeway and would not be able to make it. She said she wasn’t at the office and would call the next day to reschedule to which I responded fine. The next day no one called, so tomorrow I will be going to get a refund and I will go someplace else. A day was wasted and I still don’t have a door nor an appointment to get one.

The store for the most part has employees that are not interested in helping customers. I went there and asked 4 store employees for help. Not one of them would assist me. They all told me to look for someone in that area. It wasn't until I went to the customer service desk and Andrea left her register and came to the lighting department to help me. She found someone to get the light off the shelf and walked me back up to customer service and checked me out. Andrea was the best part of my visit!!!

Staffing is great and reception amazing. I will recommend everyone tries this home depot location first, before trying any other. I bought my fridge, washing machine, dryer and other stuff at this location and have never regretted doing business with this Home Depot location.

FOUND WHAT I WANTED AND THE ASSOCIATE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE OF THE PRODUCT I WANTED. STORE WAS CLEAN, THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

My first time I was greeted by a smiling face and was assisted by and also escorted to various isles and with a smile and suggestions

Tanischa Robinson, Pro Account Representative was the one that help me. She has extremely knowledgeable of all the products and each department to help me. Ms. Robinson took her time and went out her way to make sure she explain to me about the products. We had a pipe to burst in our foundation and eight rooms has to be totally redone. I am a senior and Tanischa was very patient with me. I have no idea what Ms. Robinson is paid but I hope Home Depot really appreciate her. She is amazing!!

Store was well staffed with people to assist both and when assistance was needed in a specific department, assistance was called for and responded timely. The upfront service desk people were very personable, polite, thorough, and efficient. There seemed to be ample availability of all products in the store. There were employees all around stocking merchandise but made great efforts not to block customers.

We have always had a good experience in the appliances department and also find the rest of the store to always have what we need. There is always someone to ask for help since we are not handy at all in our household.

I have been a regular customer of Home Depot in Lawrenceville since it originally opened. As a hobby woodworker I also do the electrical, plumbing and some auto repairs around the house in addition to the yard work. Seems like I am into Home Depot almost on a daily bases. I have had store personnel stop what they were doing to lead me directly to an item I was asking about. I have recieved suggestions on ways to possibly do all kinds of jobs around the house and at work.

Customer service at this Home Depot store is inconsistent. There are employees who are exceptionally helpful and customer friendly; while few others are very rude, who make you feel like you are at a Flee market then The Home Depot which takes pride on exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service from all the employees I dealt with from the cashier to the gentleman that loaded my car.

The was clean and comfortable. Follow Covid19 protocol.

I love shopping at this Home Depot! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have helped me find needed items. And, the staff members are always willing to answer my questions about items. This is a great store!

There is a wonderful woman named Amy who has been working at my local Home Depot for over 28 years. She is so kind and well-mannered. She is the best Home Depot employee I have ever encountered. Often I go to Home Depot and upon check out, look for her to be my cashier. She is amazing, with speedy checkouts and always greeting customers with a bright smile. People like her are what bring loyal customers.

Lindsey is a great associate and she needs to promoted. She’s very attentive to her customers and a hard worker. She was encouraging the team to assist customers and when she was finished she immediately worked on something else. I am very pleased Home Depot!

The staff was really friendly. I saw many associates cleaning and sanitizing, in the middle of the day. Great customer service. I never have a problem when I come to this store.

The best Homedepot 20 years running in my opinion.

Home Depot is the best store you could ever shop at if you need things to fix or replace . its also good for upgrading you're home for an example Ring it is a home security device in my opinion I think it is the best security device. there is even a door bell with a camera on it so you're packages will be safe.
