I can always find wonderful things in the garden center. I can find perrenials or annuals because they are arranged logicaly and labeled well. I especially like the drive up loading area for mulch, etc. I can pay for it in the garden center and be confident that someone will be there to load it in the car.

I had some of the best customer service I have ever received at any store. The manager, Marjo, was extremely helpful and understanding to my situation. I had already spent some time on the phone with a representative prior to arriving at the store to report a damaged mower I had received. She contacted the Lee's Summit store and spoke with Marjo. I was told that the damaged mower would be picked up within a couple weeks and that I could go to the store and talk with a manager. It has been about two weeks since I last mowed, and with all the rain we have gotten, mowing has been a priority. So, with this little setback, I was not happy. Marjo was extremely understanding and assured me that I would have a mower at my house the same evening, and I did. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I will return again very soon.

Danny in the paint dept. was very helpful and efficient. He also had great advise.

Several employees were really helpful in getting the items I wanted at two different stores on the same ticket so I could use a coupon for a special deal for no interest for eighteen months. They went beyond what I expected.

Associates helped me get what I needed when they had a barrier up to restock. They went out of their way to help me even though they were busy as the product I wanted was behind the barrier. Great attitudes.

PRODUCTS WERE IN STOCK, SOME STORES ADVERTISE ON-LINE AND DON'T HAVE WHEN YOU SHOP.

I went to the store with my mom and dog in tote. The door handle I needed was not available, but Gregg helped me modify and repair my old one so I could still use it. He found a lock t I could modify to use with it as well. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Terrific shopping experience.

The associates and cashiers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Prices are very competitive and the quality of goods is excellent. If for any reason it is necessary to return something, there is never a hassle.

The gentleman in the carpet department was very helpful with our purchase of a carpet cleaner that was on sale. His family has the one we were looking at--they have 5 kids and his wife really likes it. This was a great help in deciding if we were making a good choice.

I needed help to get an item off of a high shelf. An associate was paged, but never responded. I finally got a long tool from a display and used it to 'hook' the item and pull it off of the shelf. Dangerous, I know, but after 10 minutes of waiting I just gave up! This store is either understaffed or the associates are lazy or uncaring. However, the cashier was nice. She was just unable to get a response from anybody.

only 1 cashier open at 7pm at night, had to use self scanner, price rang up double the amount,no one to help, had to pay the incorrect price then get in line at customer service for my refund. ridiculous to only have 1 cashier working

The sales Associate "Mario" was so helpful she made sure to take care of all aspects of the items I purchased so I could put them to use immediately! Thank you Lees Summit Home Depot

I've been a customer since this store opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy a day it is. I appreciate seeing several of the same associates still working there over a long period of time. It speaks well of the company and management.

I came to the store to get circuit breakers for the clothes dryer that's was hooking up. Knowing the store layout, I was able to go right to the aisle and find exactly what I needed.
