It is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot. The employees are the friendliest, always speaking, asking if I need help. And although I shop often at Home Depot, I sometimes need help finding a particular item. Cashiers are always friendly and well trained, work quickly and efficiently.

Very clean and very good service!

Three years ago, we purchased a double-wide mobile home (a 1972). We have been working a little at a time fixing it up (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) We have used this Home Depot exclusively for all of our purchases. More than the purchases, we have been able to "pick the brain" of many employees, particularly the paint dept and they have been extremely helpful and friendly and offer solutions to many items you "uncover" when buying an older home.

Every time I have gone into this store, each employee has greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. Each one that has ever helped me was friendly, talked to me about the product, gave suggestions which were helpful in my decision making. Even the cashiers have always been cheerful and seem glad to wait on you.

Shopped at the Leesburg Home Depot today and was very impressed with the associates at the paint department that helped me and Don at check out. Great service!

Always a help if you need it, convenient, best Home Depot around

While my dad and I we're riding together we decided to stop by Home Depot to purchase a chess deep freezer. It was late so we wanted to be in and out. Upon entering do the front doors we were greeted by Sarah and Amber. Amber helped us fine where the freezers were located and also informed us that there were some on sale and wished us luck. As we waited to have someone bring a forklift to get the freezer down my dad just decided we couldn't wait any longer and took it down himself we got to the check out this and checked out with Sarah which had a positive attitude and very friendly.

Customer Service seems to be priority in this store concerning questions on the floor. They are willing to assist you with "how to" questions and will take the time to show you what you need to purchase and the alternatives. Check out is always friendly and fast!

Overall this store keeps up their stock and has a good variety of materials available. Customer service is good and the associates are helpful. Just wish this store had a tool rental department, as the locations that do are an inconvient distance away.

All the Isles were very easy to navigate, and the signage describing what the Isles contain was very clear and accurate.

Store was clean and employees were attentive and extremely helpful loading our patio door and helping secure it to the truck. Employees were happy to help, patient and kind.prices are reasonable. Highly recommend shopping here for home improvement needs!

The Leesburg Store is not a new fancy store, but that's okay because they have some of the best customer service people in the business! Melissa, provide some of the best customer service I can recall getting in along time. I came in not a happy customer over a lawn mower I had just purchased a couple of hours earlier, Melissa I understood my situation and took the bull by the horns! She was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, she showed me the different models and what the pros and cons were I left the store happy! P.S. F.Y.I., Melissa the lawn mower is Great! Thanks to Mr. Sane and John and all the other guys who helped me the other night with my gutter install project, I cant believe how patient they were and so helpful, they instructed me step by step, and got everything I wanted and asked for and needed to install my gutters myself on a small area of my home, I will make a point to always go in the evening when I need things as it was a very nice experience to have so many people be so helpful to a 65 yr. old lady. They even walked me to the car and loaded my stuff. I wanted to tip them. Day people are nice as well but this was by far the best group of people I have had help me from anywhere. Also thanks to John new employee for his tips..

Every time I have ever been to this store, the employees have been helpful and friendly. I have been in another HD in this same county, and did not have the same positive experience.

The store is always organized. Every time I visit the store, I find the items with ease. If I don't, the Sales Associates are always courteous and helpful. I would recommend this store to all those whose live close by.

They had a very nice selection of indoor plant's but they need better potting plant's to put them in. I collect owl's would like to see those come in. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Fast checkout and the lady was very nice.
