She was great to work with one the appliance dept. Very helpfully and knowledgeable in her field.

I shop in person and online at Tilly Mill, Dunwoody and this HD location randomly on every day of the week and from first customer to last customer and every time in between. I shop almost every department at these stores, generally have a random list of items to look for and purchase. Shopping experiences vary depending on time of day, day of week, store, items I am shopping for but NEVER have I experienced a time when there we so few employees on the floor to help NOR so many who were so indifferent to customers and lacked basic knowledge about the store, store products or how to repair, replace anything. Once or twice on a busy Sunday afternoon, sure but five, six times is a pattern. I knew that the store had everything I needed if I could locate the product. I was determined to NEVER shop this location ever again until I found Tim Peterson and Doris!!! They are superstars and deserve recognition for Exceptional Customer Service, Professionalism, Knowledge of the HD store, products and how to use them. They turned a nightmare shopping trip around and are personally responsible for, especially Tim Peterson, our decision to purchase $656.98 in appliances and services from this store today!

Employees are always helpful and so far have been extremely patient with customers like myself when you have to make a purchase of products that you have little to no knowledge about. This store is always clean, organized and I have always seen the employees working and not just walking around whenever I go there. Home Depot is my absolutely favorite shopping store that I go to for my inside and outside home projects. Do not feel comfortable in any other stores.

The associates at this store are particularly friendly professional and above all, have product knowledge. This store is clean and neat. It is indeed my first choice of home improvement stores. If you need help in Electrical, ask for James, he knows his stuff and Rachelle at Returns will treat you very good.

I called the store and asked for remnants for a bulletin board and another project for a sensory room at our school for special need children. The manager who took the call directed me to the proper person who handled such calls. She in turn, informed me that Home Depot could donate vouchers towards the project. With a very few formalities, I received vouchers and assistance to meet the need without hesitation!!! Thank you HOME DEPOT-LILBURN!

Most of the time, the associates are very friendly and store is well-stocked. Holmes in Garden Center is very sharp and knows his stuff. Enjoy talking and learning from him. This store is very popular with my neighbors.

Home Depot is better in providing All Brands of materials. I will recommend anyone for Home Improvements.

Great Customer Service!

HD STILL HAS ITS SUPERSTARS. John, William, James, Darren, Amir and Ricky among the others who really go out of their way to help you and more often than not DO HELP resolve issues. Truly amazing people. My DIY friends who truly care. HD changing however. Corp is trying hard to make me find another source for my home projects. Case in point...purchased a Washer/Dryer from this store and had it delivered for free with install. Came to my house but even before I took it out of the box I realized it was the wrong item for our needs. I was told by the store associate I had to return it to the store ON MY OWN (I do not own a truck) and then the correct item was a vendor direct purchase from the HD website and the store could not and would not go out of its way to find a solution. I was forced to incur an expense to return the washer dryer and physically carry it into the return line. Yes...quite a scene. Then I was sent home to buy the correct item online, pay for shipping...you get the picture.

Met Tim in Plumbing! He made my day! He showed me the products I was interested in, discussed installation, costs, discounts, DeKalb County rebate offer, etc. Once I decided on 3 toilets, 3 sinks and 3 faucets Tim walked me to Flooring where I met BiBi. She showed Tim and I products I was interested in, styles, cost, longevity, installation, etc. Made my decision on flooring. Made my decision on bathroom items and checked out! Expect the bathrooms and flooring to be installed soon! Thanks Tim! Thanks BiBi! Great Customer Service!

My first time in this store and mine shopping experience was excellent Lulonda is great I'm a handful to deal with and she did it gracefully with a smile on herface and I'm so happy of the out comeshe pick me out all the beautiful items and I love it. Help was immediately available on every aisle. That is a marked improvement! I went in to purchase plywood for a home project and the employee that assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier Markos was fast, friendly, and had a great attitude. For a moment it was a toss up between Home Depot and Lowes. Continue with this level of customer service and I definitely shop here all the time.

First time ever in this Homedepot and was very impressed . With ulonda she sold me a kitchen faucet and explain to me about the sinks and the different garbage disposal . What a awesome lady . If you ever go to the. LeBron store go see Lu Londa

I love this store! The At-Home Services and the paint department are great!! They have to be the most patient people ever, because I can ask a thousand questions. They are always ready to help, and they are so courteous. When I leave, I am always happy I shopped at this store.
