I've been coming to this store for years. It has always been well stocked, has knowledgable employees and the lines are never long. Hot dogs are good, too!

Home Depot does not provides its customers of enough choices of quality padlocks. Some of the padlocks it is selling are of poor quality. There's not enough brands and types to choose from.

There have been a number of instances when I needed help and the Home Depot associates are nowhere to be found. It takes a lot of time to get one associate to help. Why are they so hard to find?

I was there for just one item. I asked one employee to help me and he gave me the rite answer

The employees I dealt with did not have a clue about the products that they were selling. In trying to reach a manager, I was ignored.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. You have a lot of employees walking around which is great because it is never hard to find someone to answer a question or help and are willing to do so which is greatly appreciated! GREAT JOB!

the plants look better than in years past and the new garden manager Mike D is so good with plants and helped me find everything. I shop there now almost every day. Cynthia is very nice too!

Great selection and prices for grills! The only suggestion that I would make is offering some assistance to take it to my car as it was a bit heavy.

While the prices at Home Depot's garden center are great, the condition of the plants is not. Even the check out clerk commented and suggested I find other plants. Unfortunately they were all in the same sad shape.

The associates here were fantastic, we came in were helped well and we found everything we wanted and a little more. Thanks guys & Gals.

I shop at Home Depot locations twice a month. At this location, sometimes someone is available to help and sometimes not. I prefer the Home Depot in Evanston because there's always an associate who approaches me and asks if I need help and looks happy to help. Today, I received some assistance, but it was after a search for someone, a long wait, and some bouncing around over the PA system for some assistance.

Satisfactory when all things are considered. Associates were either hiding in the back aisles or wasting time talking with other associates. One or two associates were helpful.

Garden center crazy busy in Mid May. Put your patience pants on. Not much selection, staff is overworked.

Love shoping at HD. It's better than a shoe store.
