Very pleased that they had what I needed to get my project completed.

Sooner or later every home owner gets to replace the waterheater. Abbey at Home Depot in Lincoln,CA helped me get a 50 gal. waterheater that was way better than the unit offered by the local plumbers. I got 12yr. Warranty instead of 6yr. 90 gal/hr instead of 73 gal/hr. Energy Star rated with a $200.00 rebate making the waterheater cheaper than the ones offered by the local plumbers. THANKS ABBEY!

The store was clean and I found the items I had come in for. I did ask an associate for the location of two items and found them with their help. I enjoyed the new Christmas displays!

This particular store and it's staff just have a more local "neighborhood" store ambiance that is typical of the large box store. All the big store convenience with a friendly and helpful "know you" staff.

Lumber associate was helpful and friendly, went out of his way to help load vehicle in addition to helping me in the department.

Helpful staff in electrical supplies both locatd items I needed and were able to advise on what size/guage wire I needed to get to run a circuit.

Typical good HD experience, teh hardware floor person was knowledgable and teh check out clerk was friendly and efficient.

Store was clean and staff friendly. Had to ask for help in lighting area. Main associate was "on break", was asked to wait for his return. Had fixtures we liked, but not enough in stock so had to go to another store to complete project.

The associate at the paint desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made my experience stress free and pleasant. The cashier was friendly and courteous. My overall experience was very good.

Made special trip to place order for will call the next morning. First cashier at service desk rang order up incorrectly, noting that my address was incorrect but did not change it. As I left store I noticed error on receipt and returned where order was corrected, still request for will call the next morning. Arrived the next morning and nothing had been loaded/prepared for will call. Had to wait approximately 1 hour for material to be loaded on pallet for pick up. Service desk personnel stated when pallet returned to notify staff at service desk and associate would come to vehicle for pickup. I was told the pallet must be returned to service desk myself. At the same time, it was necessary to pick up additional material where several associates in garden area didn't approach me to offer help. It was necessary to load all additional material myself.

Like 80 percent of the time it was a good visit. Always fine what i am looking for

I came to this store to buy a few universal sprinkler couplers, 4 packs of plastic drop cloth. I found the drop cloths fairly easily in the paint dept., but way in the back at the row cap...not easy to spot. Your associate was helping a customer and I chose not to butt in. Then I went to find the sprinkle hose couplers, talk about a ball buster! No aisle signs to even hint where, so I walked out to gardening thinking maybe...Not! Then i went back inside and slowly rolled passed the aisles until I hit plastic pipe, Eureka! maybe...found what I wanted at the end part of that aisle. Again no sign to even hint sprinkler stuff is this way.

Items I was looking for were in the area I expected, clean and well displayed.

This store is always clean and the people that there are very knowledgeable about the products in their department...I prefer Home Depot to other stores because of the friendliness of the department people.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have had the best experience at the paint counter.

Lowes is actually a mile or so closer, but I continue to use HD for my frequent "run in and get" store because the floor staff and cashiers just make people feel like they are at the neighborhood hardward/garden store. Product/price points are so similar to Lowes, but the real diference is you people.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Always has a great supply and many choices depending on how much you want to spend.
