I like the layout of this store, the lighting is good so that shopping here is convient and enjoyable when we need HD type supplies.

the associates at the store were very friendly and helpful. We found what we came for she checked us out and then called someone who immediate loaded our purchase into our vehicle. Best customer service ever. We will definitely shop here again and tell our friends as well.

All of the products I came for were easy to find or an associate was available to help me. I was surprised to find Ron from Hardware knowledgeable of everything from hardware to plumbing as well as suggestions on the easiest way to complete my job.

Ron, in hardware was very helpful and knew exactly where the products were.

I went into this home depot and described a plant to the garden center associate and she knew exactly what it was, I was so happy!! She even took me over and dug through the plants to find me the one with the best buds. I was extremely greatful to both of the ladies for their helpfulness. The staff is so knowledgeable here at the lodi store. I will always go here when I have a question. I love this store!!!

Always enjoy going to the Home Depot in Reynolds Ranch. It is clean and well organized. All the employees are great and seem to make themselves available to their customers. It is nice to not have to search out for a sales associate when you are in a large store. With this last visit, want to give particular Thanks and Kudos to 3 individuals my husband and I worked with...Our Sales Associate was Randy. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was willing to take the extra time needed to answer questions about the products were interested in and helped load the equipment in our 'small' car. Thanks Randy, it was nice working with you! Also want to give special thank-you's to Jeanette and Sereth at the Customer Service Desk. They were both friendly and especially patient and helpful. I know that people at the service desk get busy and have to handle some negative issues....so is refreshing to see two young women that had positive attitudes, smiles and again...were very knowledgeable. Thanks for your assistance!

We originally did not intend to purchase from this store but had a few moments to look at the inventory and Jeff Schock was so knowledgable and helpful we returned two days later and purchased the appliances. We could have gone to a closer Home Depot but we so appreciated Jeff's knowledge and helpfulness we returned to purchase from the Lodi store. He arranged delivery quickly and was able to offer tips on keeping everything up and running.

This store is spotless, easy to shop at, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Honda, Makita, and other great products are located here.

I had been to this Home Depot once before looking for tile and while there my wife saw a grill that she wanted to buy and I said we can wait and get it at a store closer to home. Fast forward 3 weeks and we are looking for the grill and could not find it. Now I'm in the dog house and the wife is not happy. I decided to go back to the scene of my crime in hopes that it would still be there. Once I was in the store I met an Angel (Jen) she dropped what she was doing and checked to see if the grill was available (my fingers crossed) and the only one left was there on display and we quickly took care of the paperwork and set up delivery. I was able to call my wife and make her happy!!. when I was leaving the store I looked back and could see the Angel wings on Jen's back,She had made my day!!! THANKS JEN!!

Every time I come in the store the associates are helpful. I am in a Home Depot throughout California but it is always nice to come to this store. Not just because it is my home city but because of its organization and cleanliness. Even when they are busy the associates are accomodating. I like this store very much!

Went in to buy a lawn mower. Was helped by Chris F. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and straightforward. Would recommend that everyone looking for a lawn mower ask for his help.

Lodi home depot is my favorite store to get my home supplies, staff very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable, store is always clean. And store specials are easy to find.

The store's associates, that I dealt with in the gardening section were reasonably knowledgeable. The one I first asked where I could find a product looked at me blankly and had to ask another. When reentering the gardening area with a cart, a number of associated blocked the entrance(between the two check out counters) laughing and talking. I had to practically push the cart between them, for them to notice I was trying to get through.

Great place to shop. Store is aways immaculate , always well stocked, sales associates always knowlegable and helpful.

I've been frustrated at the mandated changes in light bulbs. An associate here helped me understand what is happening and how to actually get the look I want economically. Overall, this store is extremely helpful. I am astonished and grateful.

ON WEDNESDAY SUE WAS MOST HELPFUL AND TOLD US ABOUT THE SALE THAT WOULD BEGIN THE NEXT DAY. ON THURSDAY XAVIER WAS SUPER HELPFUL . HOWEVER, WHILE WE WERE SHOPPING AT LEAST 6 ASSOCIATES TRIED TO HELP US FIND THINGS. VERY HELPFUL STORE. THANK YOU.
