I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot in Lodi. The store is clean and neat, staff is helpful and friendly, and what I want is readily available or easily ordered for me.

everything we needed was there we spend the most time browsing for ideas for the new house we purchased.

Every time I come to this store, I am asked multiple times if I need help. I never have to look for an employee. When I have needed help, every employee has gone above and beyond by walking me to the department, answering and asking questions to make sure I am getting the right thing, or looking online to find what I need. I have never been disappointed when I go there!

We received electrical assistance from Bob who was knowledgeable, very friendly, interested in our project and willing to assist in any way he could. He was a delight to receive assistance from. Plus, it was wonderful how he shared his stories with a fellow "sparky." Thanks Bob - you're a Rockstar!!

When shopping in appliances ask for (i think her name was) Lanea. She made our experience buying a dishwasher stress free and made sure we were aware of all the deals she could offer. best experience i have had in a home depot in many years!

Associate provides outstanding customer service, Manager not customer oriented. Flooring sub-contractor tries to add on additional charges when they arrive at home to install. Would never purchase any home improvement product and have Home Depot install.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences shopping My local Home Depot. I drive past Lowe's for another 8 miles for the quality products and great service of Home Depot

I am a military veteran and was expecting a 10% discount. I showed my military ID to the cashier but when I got home I noticed he did not give it to me. I have always loved to shop in this store but I will start going to a different store that gives a military discount. Seems that Home Depot says one thing and then does another to entice customers to come in but they don't give the advertised discount. I am disabled and was in pain is the reason I did not check the receipt before leaving the store. I have to much pain to go back and argue with them about it. They win and I lose.

Always shop Home Depot Stores. Lodi, New Store Not My Favorite..

The Lodi Home Depot store is one of the best of its kind. There are available and friendly associates, products, etc. Am always pleased with the experience. Other home improvement stores in Lodi generally fall way short.

I had bought a kitchen ceiling light recently at their Sacramento store, and needed 10 more, but the price at the Lodi store was more; so I asked if they would match their other store and they said yes. This saved us from having to make another trip to Sacramento. The people at the Customer Service Desk couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Lodi Home Depot!

Had exactly what I needed and an employee was available to help me without having to wait. Nice clean store. No line at checkout.

During the previous year (2015), had trouble with special orders on three occassions. Each time I was notified that my order was in and when I went to retrieve products only half of product was there. Also, special ordered bat tub was sent to a so. Ca. store. When it arrived, they tried to give me three tubs when only one was ordered!!! Another time I ordered a toilet. When told order was ready for p/u, only top tank came. This went on for two consecutive notifications. Cost me a months delay. Then I ordered sandless grout. They told me via phone they had it in the store. Wrong!!! They sent me to three different stores in the area and none had it on shelves when they told me they did. I had to go to the local manufacturer to get my order.......needless to say, this left me with a sour taste in my mouth and it was some time before I shopped at the store until this recent purchase.

FOUND WHAT i WANTED RIGHT AWAY. TOMATO PLANTS, POTTING SOIL AND SOIL! ASSOCIATE CHECKED ME OUT QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY. REAL SLICK IN AND OUT. SALE ITEMS MARKED CORRECTLY AND EVERYTHING NEATLY STACKED/DISPLAYED!

Great service but product availability wasn't addressed. I was just told it didn't exist, which made sense since I couldn't find it. On my next visit I'll ask if it ever existed. I'll move forward from there when I get the answer to that. Meanwhile, I'm gonna google it to see if it exists at all. I'm sure it does. I want a 16" X 16" furnace filter of a higher quality, since there are 4 categories shown. I had to settle for #2 when #4 is the best of the best. I love Home Depot but I also want to breathe the best filtered air possible in our home. Okay, if I win the sweepstakes, I think I'll breathe a sigh of relief, anyway. LOL

I needed a metric rod connector nut which is almost unobtainable. Lowe's couldn't help me. When I went to Home Depot in Lodi, the associate knew exactly where to find it. It wasn't in hardware where I was looking, but in the lamp department spare parts. He made my day!

Every time we go it's a great experience. This is the store we prefer.

I was looking at fertilizers in the store and an associate came up to me and asked if I had any questions or need help, so I said yes what do the numbers mean? The employee gave me a lesson on nutrients weed control green up and when to switch to a 15 15 15 fertilizer....I was even saving money based on his recommendations

The absolute best aspect of Home Depot in Lodi is that there are plenty of associates on the floor. They are friendly and dedicated to helping you find what you need. In addition, the store is clean (especially the restrooms). Enjoy shopping there!!!!
