I researched a product online then called about it. When I arrived at the store asking questions, Eduardo, the customer service associate in electrical, knew who I was and what I was looking for just from one sentence that came out of my mouth. He took me directly to what I was looking for and that was that! Top notch service.

In this store I have found friendly, experienced, and respectful associates.

Always great experience when I shop at The Home Depot. We as Landlord have to get things to repair or replace and, we always find what we need. When assistance is needed it is always readily available, for help with finding or help to load. I would recommend The Home Depot for all your items that they keep in stock. Courteous and friendly store representatives.

This store is always clean and meets our immediate needs. If you ever need help, Gabriel is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and he knows his store. He listens carefully and offers solutions for problems. The folks at the Customer Service desk are great too! There was a time when I was waiting for an item to be stocked on the shelf -- I needed this particular item to match something I had already purchased. When the item came in, they called me just like they promised. When I arrived to pick up my merchandise, they remembered me and called me by name. My items were waiting there with my name on them. Great checkers at the check stands too. Great team!!

Was receiving help in getting a price estimate for blinds. Midway someone kept interrupting asking for someone to assist them. The second time our sales associate asked us if she could take a break and help him. We said sure thought it would be a few min at least. After 10 min we had to call. A manager to get assistance. We couldn't finish the quote so I have no idea what my estimate is going to be. We went ahead and paid the 50 dollars to have the guy come measure our windows but It would be nice to know a rough estimate. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service!

I found what I needed quickly and liked that there were several choices in quality and price available.

The perfect neighborhood store to hang out and browse! Especially when you are renovating (as I am) Since we are doing a lot of the projects ourselves it is wonderful to have the knowledgeable associates to explain what you need, where to find it and also how to use or install it. Sometimes another customer will join in with great advise and a trip to my Home Depot becomes a social event! Totally love it!

I was extremely pleased with my recent water heater purchase from the Lompoc Home Depot. I also purchased gardening supplies and lawn sprinkler supplies. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service and easy availability of the sales associates. The sales associates in each department were knowledgeable and helpful making my store experience most enjoyable. I always enjoy the wide variety of items to shop for and like to just "shop" in the store seeing what is new and available in home improvement items. If you are considering a home improvement project, don't hesitate to visit the Lompoc Home Depot for help and inspiration.

Ginny in the garden department was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the right liquid plant food for my wife's vegetable garden. She explained many different products to me, and her knowledge of science really helped a lot. She also helped me select a good lawn fertilizer. Her attitude was positive and sincerely wanted to help me get what I came for at Home Depot. Thanks again.
