One return associate helping contractor at regular return area and extremely slow process. I had to ask her to get more help. Had 3 customers on line. Home Depot is known for great customer service. The lady that came to help was not pleasant or friendly

As I am 72 years old, I feel that someone should be available to to help load customers purchase.

The product I was looking for was readily available and so was a store associate. He helped me find the item I needed to ensure the home project would be a success. All of this took a minimum amount of time. I then proceeded to the checkout counter where an associate checked me out very quickly.

Great experience! Store well lit and associates were ready to help. One associate in the appliance department printed out a stove cleaning guide for me when I asked about stove cleaning products and directed me to the products. She also gave me some info on ordering appliance parts.

my all around experience here is always great ..someone is always cleaning..friendly..helpful..smiling.. feels like family there..this is my favorite store... and i shop at alot of home depot around the atlantaarea..because i do business all over atlanta .

I live close by and this is the Home Depot Store I frequently use. I shop at this location not only due to living close but the excellent, very helpful associates and quick checkout.

The store was very clean. I was very shocked to see that there wasn't anyone.on the floor willing to assist me. This is not a bad thing because usually there are more than enough.associates to help each customer. Maybe a bad day but this will not stop my visits and support for home depot. Love you guys keep up.the food work.

Being able to go in and have so many associates to say hello and do I need help was great even though I didn't need any help, but it was good to feel their presents in case I did need help!

I'm always impressed with the knowledge of the associates with the products and service that Home Depot sells. My associate has helped me before and I don't mind waiting for her if she is with another client. Thanks Gayle for making my Home Depot experience wonderful.

The store associates were extremely helpful. Stephen in plumbing not only answered my question regarding my shut off valve issue, but he also provided me with multiple solutions for the problem.

Went to buy a brand new impact driver and drill. I looked online and they had a combo set from RidGid at a very low price. The lowest I've ever seen. I jumped on that as soon as I got off work. Thinks Home Depot.

I had not been in the store for over a month or so but I was surprised to see how they had rearranged the store. It looks very good and as always they had what I needed in stock. Thanks Home Depot

I like this store. Its not the closest HD to me but Id rather drive the few extra miles to this one. As far as shopping experience is concerned it depends on who is working. Mostly the associates are friendly and helpful. Sometimes not so much and they are sometimes scarce. The store is always clean and well stocked. Cashiers are always friendly. The only areas Ive ever had issues with are tool rental, key making and kitchen cabinets and appliances. Garden center is sometimes to busy for only the two cashiers and plant selection has dwindled in recent years. Overall, I like this store and spend a good deal of time and money here. (Beats the other location by F A R )

When I walked into the store, I found that the isles where clean & very accessible! I was very pleased with the store & would recommend people to shop at Home Depot over shopping at Lowes!

I was taken to the plumming section by another employee, he told Harriet what I needed, she took me straight to it. In less than 15 minutes.

The only issue I had was at the return location. They were checking people out and you have a associate arguing with a customer. You also had a associate that wasn't paying attention to detail at all on who was first in line.

Very knowledgeable staff and very willing to help.

The aisles were refreshingly clear of clutter, and the store was cleaner than I've seen it in a very long time. In addition, the cashiers and store associates seemed upbeat, making my time in the store very pleasant.
