It's bug season and I needed something to keep them away not just kill. The associates were extremely helpful

Tim, in the paint department was extremely helpful in finding the gallon of paint I needed. I had purchased this particular paint earlier in the year when it was on clearance. I feared it was discontinued, but he found the exact paint and mixed it for me. He even told me what temperature to watch when I applied this paint. It is an exterior stain and so it does take extra drying time. Tim was not only very helpful, but so pleasant it made me happy I chose to shop at this Home Depot.

All was in stockI was looking for, help from workers is always there.

The clerk that took care of my order was very friendly and knew what she was doing. Took me longer to drive there than it did to get my order.

The help I received from the Sales Assoc Luann was very helpful. She knew everything I needed when I asked about a product.

I had a very good experience at this HD store. I needed assistance on a couple of home projects and the sales assoc in plumbing was very helpful and put me in the right for products and how to get my job done better. Then at check out the sales assoc was really good, helped me sign up for the Pro level since i am doing many projects at my house.

I had gone to the store to purchase a reciprocating saw (with which I have no experience). The associate that "helped" me was very abrasive and unfriendly. He suggested a Ryobi saw and told me that I just needed a battery for it. I asked if the 19.5v battery from my Black & Decker drill would work, he told me that it would. Turns out that this ONLY takes Ryobi batteries and the battery from my drill would not work even if it had been an 18v battery! I didn't know this! I'm a brand new homeowner and am new to power tools! This resulted in my having to return to the store and spend another $80 on a Ryobi battery and battery charger! In addition to this cluster, I had also asked him to recommend a blade to cut through a fence post. I bought the one he suggested and it broke almost immediately! Turns out it was a wood blade, but I guess the attention to detail, or lack thereof, is on me. VERY disappointed. I was expecting knowledgeable suggestions and spent more time and money than planned

I love this store. I often find myself visiting the store for specific items for a project and while shopping and talking with sales associates I learn better ways to do things, better projects and often ways to save time and money on my projects. Very helpful staff! Usually, I have no problems finding the products that I'm shopping for or if I do the staff will make recommendations. Most of my projects lately involve spray paint and I'm slightly disappointed in the variety of colors, which leads me to purchasing these products online or visiting other retailers in the area. Most recently, I found myself looking to replace some hinges on the bathroom vanity that I just finished painting and I was hoping to find some variety there, but it was the typical brass, black or stark white. I love this store, but I wish that there was more variety in some of the products.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the helpfulness of the cashier named Tom. He greeted us immediately when we walked into the store and verbally directed us to the exact location of the items we were in search for. Not only that when we came back to check out, he not only remembered us but made sure to ask if we found what we were looking for. We are both satisfied to say we both left in good spirit and very happy with the assistance he have us. He was very friendly and kind.

This is 1 of 2 Home Depot stores in my area but this one is the best! The sales associates and manager are always helpful and highly knowledgeable. Even if they are very busy they are polite and take the time to listen to you.

The associates were very friendly and helpful in finding the item I needed. They did not just point or tell me the aisle number, but instead walked right with me to make sure the item I wanted was available and in the aisle.

THIS STORE IS BASICALLY THE ONLY HD I GO TO AND I WILL MISS ALL THE PEOPLE IF I MOVE OUT OF THE AREA.

The personnel at the paint desk are always very helpful and pleasant. The store is always clean and I can usually find what I want. This time was an exception because I couldn't find a roll of No Trespassing signs and neither could the associate. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh and the overall store is clean and attractive. I really enjoy shopping here.

I love this place! The helpfulness and friendliness of there associates alone, keep me out of Lowes. They seem to love what they do. On one experience I took a project in that required me to place an additional board on it. Well was only looking for advice and guidance. What I got was the most helpful associate who took it right out my hand and after cutting the board I needed then finished it right there for me! ! Who does that?! And it didn't hurt that he was cute too!!

The products that I was looking for were easy to find. The store was clean and I must of had a look on my face that i was lost because several associates asked if I needed assistance. Very friendly!

I came into Home Depot needing assistance with a lighting/fan issue. I was directed to an associate named Artie. Needless to say he was AWESOME! Most helpful associate I have ever had there. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions while also offering suggestions. If anyone ever needs any help or assistance with anything electrical related, ask to speak with Artie!

I go to this store when I have questions about projects around my house. The Customer Service Associates seem to be either well trained, or have experience working in the fields associated with their assigned departments. After purchasing an older home the "band-aids" started falling off, and I discovered a lot of stuff in need of proper repairs. I recently tied up a lot of the plumbing associates's time getting input on how to correct deficiencies in my home.

Really impressed with the amount of well made american tools!
