Dean in plumbing is the best. he's also great in garden, and lumber! he the most helpful associate store #3824 has.

The store was neat and clean and the associates were extremely helpful however there were not enough human cashiers on and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes because many of you customers do not like using the self service registers which four of them were open and not busy so the only cashier on had quite a line

The paint department is always well stocked with a great selection of multi-surface spray paints.

We are very fortunate to live close to this store. We visit the store many times for home, garden and general items for our home. The employees are always very helpful, courteous and well trained.

Just purchased a new patio door. Wayne was so helpful and knowledgeable.

The personnel were incredibly helpful and spot on. For a non-handy guy- these people were fantastic! Was at the paint department today and the guys working there were incredibly busy, but smiling and supportive, educated - just a fantastic experience all round.

Im a first time home owner and DIY trainee. The staff at this store has helped me on many occasions with tips on my project, help selecting tools, figuring out what kind of trim I should use, etc. Very good people.

I have not had any issues when I visit this Home Depot. I am always able to get what I am looking for and sometime items that have more variety in the products that I need.

This store is so good because it is has a manager that cares about people and trains her associates to always treat their customers as if they are the only one in the store. Best Home Dept to shop at.

I'm a horrible person. I waited last-minute to rush on over to Home Depot and got there at 30 minutes to closing. They were still very friendly and extremely helpful! I got everything I was trying to buy online, but couldn't, and it was thanks to those employees on the clock. They made this latest shopping trip super easy and efficient. Thanks!

Had what I needed and employee reviewed best option

I ran into HD to get some kits to re-screen my porch windows. One of the associates asked if I needed help but I originally said no. I already had the measurements & knew 3 kits would cover all the windows. He saw the kits in my cart and suggested to just buy the roll of screen & spline that was larger instead of the 3 individual kits & skip the plastic tool. This saved me over $5 and he said the tool is cheap and often breaks or will slide off the edge of the spline & cut the screen accidentally! He also suggested I use a butter knife in place as it is sturdier & not sharp! Great suggestion, appreciate the savings & sorry I forgot his name!

I ran out of paint 1/2 way across the floor of my front porch! I ran to HD to grab another gallon to finish the first coat & 2 more for the second coat. The sales clerk at the paint counter let me know about a rebate special starting 2 days later that would save me $10 a gallon! I was so glad he did! I only grabbed one to finish the first coat I was working on at that moment & waited until 2 days later to purchase 2 more and finish my project with an additional savings of $20! Also, he didn't laugh at me covered in paint!!

Employees were scarce or not knowledgeable when I needed help with any thing.

I was there making several purchases and had the MOST AMAZING customer service. First, the gentleman in the paint department was knowledgeable and patient with me while I was a rambling flake. My husband sent me to look for an angle iron and could not find it. The lady from customer service walked around the store to help me find it. When I checked out, I had an issue with my bank card. The cashier was patient while I was calling my bank to fix the problem and didn't make me feel bad.

The store was clean and the aisles were clear. I was able to find what I needed and was in/out of store in 10 minutes

Service desk associate (Carol?) helped me through a large order, two hours before closing. She was patient, kind and very understanding of what i needed to order and my delivery concerns. Usually, associates have little patience when placing a large order, a couple hours before closing, but she was extremely friendly and patient while dealing with me on my order. The customer service at this store has certainly improved. I am impressed! Keep up the good work.

I can NEVER find anyone to help me in this store. It's like a scavenger hunt to find someone that can sell you an appliance! Don't come here unless you have some time to waste.

I have a pro number but I am never asked to use it, which turn I don't remember I have it. Lowes asks every time I check out. I use the gift cards, there should be a system in place so the balance is written in a orderly fashion instead of randomly written where ever the sales person chooses.

Dean was the only employee that even spoke to me. Glad he was there to help!
