The products are innovative and cover every need, practical, and not. I needed a bracket for a lamp and the associate helped me to find what I needed in the plumbing section.

While I was loading a bag of soil into my vehicle, a HD employee (maybe manger) noticed my difficulty. He offer help and I told him I really wanted to buy 10 bags but could only manage 1 on the floor of the back seat. He got one of the clerks to get the 10 bags on a cart, checked out the purchase and he (Manager) loaded them into the back of the SUV, I am grateful for the help.

The knowledge the Lynne (flooring) and Jeanne (kitchen) alone have is above and beyond. Which doesn't mean that I've had any bad experience with anyone else. The advice is sound and if they don't know they will send you to whomever does know, even if it's a competitor. I appreciate that. If you have ANY problem with anything, need info or design ideas these are the people to go to and it will be fixed. I recommend appointments since these two ladies are especially swamped because they are so good at what they do. I have not yet talked to anyone unfriendly or rude at this store and I virtually live there.

Stores like Home Depot are like toy stores for me.

Brett from flooring was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and help me make my decision. I will definitely be setting up my install with him. He walked me through beginning to end of the process.

Out of town and came to the store for a needed item to help out family. Helped by two associates and the manager who I walked by after being directed by an associate. The manager followed up and found the last few remaining items needed and he checked us out. Thanks for everything, Brad.

I always prefer to shop at Home Depot over the other home improvement store due it's product availability and selection. I feel Home Depot has more variety of the things I shop for. The staff is always helpful in helping me get large items down to cut, getting them through the check-out, and out to my car. They were very helpful recently when I had to return an item that didn't seem to work quite right. They went right to the power tools and got the exchange item for me unlike other stores that ask you to go get another one and come back to the customer service counter to exchange. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I visit this store often. I know the layout and everything is there when i need it...so I am happy with this store. Associates are friendly and helpful when needed.

I was impressed how quickly a store associate was able to help me and how quickly I was in and out of the store with everything I came to purchase. Friendly and professional staff, I was even given additional options for products I was looking to purchase that I didn't even know existed. Keep up the great work!

I did not even have to look for help finding the items that I needed. Just slow down in any isle, and you have good people asking how they can help! Everyone from the time I walked in until I walked out was outstanding.

Store was well organized, stocked and clean. Workers were readily available and check-out line was non existent.

Store was clean and employee's using caution for lifts. Associates were very helpful even if not their section to work in. The would walk with you to an associate in that section. Delivery of products to your home is a different story all together. Please reconfirm schedules and products needed.

An associate was able to guide me to the part I needed just based on my description of what I wanted to do and the materials involved.

Everything was organized and in it's correct spot. The store was clean and everyone was helpful and nice. It was easy to find what we were looking for with the labeled aisles. Would recommend this store to others.
