The two associates in the lighting area were great to work with.

I went in needing help with paint. I know nothing about painting and what to do or use. I was greeted by an associate by the name of Tony. He was so friendly and helpful! It was pretty busy in painting and he was the only one back there for most of the time we were there. He made sure to greet every person that came back there and let them know he would be with them shortly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the paint brands and the differences and what would work best for me. He created a very positive morale for everyone around him, customers and co-workers both. He worked efficiently but made it very personal and didn't make me feel like he was selling me whatever would get me out of the store the quickest. I am very pleased, I would ask for him again if/when I need more paint supplies!! Thanks you Tony, and great job!

The store is clean and well organized. Cashiers and Associates are very helpful and freindly.

I went into the store with the sole purpose of purchasing paint. The associate that assisted me was immediately helpful and attentive. He was accurate with my order which included multiple colors in several gallons. He confirmed my order and fulfilled it in a shorter amount of time than expected. He also made sure that I go the rebate I needed. The cashier was also immediately available and friendly. I am almost always satisfied when shopping at the Home Depot. I am able to walk in and find assistance almost immediately. I can not say that about either Menards or Lowe's.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a sales associate named John on Sunday, August 02, 2015 at approximately 6:30 p.m. I needed some heavy duty chain and John was the nearest sales person available. He happily rolled off ten feet of chain, only to discover that the chain cutter was inoperable. John doesn't give up, he goes over and gets a bolt cutter and proceeds to work like mad trying to cut this heavy duty chain (John's about 17 years old and maybe 160 pounds). To my amazement, after about five minutes of working on it, the chain finally breaks and John is successful. Under normal circumstances I would have left the store and maybe come back later when the chain cutter was working but the chain was going to be used to secure a large branch to a tree that was threatening to fall on my neighbors home. I was so impressed that I asked for the on-duty Manager, Colin, and relayed the story asking Colin to give John an attaboy. Every employer wants employees like this on staff. Home Depot you've got a good one in John, I know I'm very appreciative he was the person helping me.

Needed a part for our dishwasher and found a kit at Home Depot that was exactly what I needed!

Store was well organized, easy to find products and the associate was very helpful and patientt with my many questions about the two products I was considering.

We always like to browse items other than what we are shopping for here. Love the nice clean and wide aisles. The associate at the checkout was so helpful even though it was a self checkout lane.

Received excellent customer service from the associates in the garden center (Triah and Alexis). Alexis was readily available to help me inside without having to search for assistance; and Triah outside was readily available to assist us load heavy bags of mulch and bark into our truck without us having to ask for help or seek for associate assistance. Triah and Alexis were excellent workers who both were helpful, friendly, and provided us with great customer service!

I always enjoy visiting the store. I love the selection of items available. I enjoy the garden section the most while my boyfriend likes the hand tools and garden tractors. I have always been able to find whatever I need. The staff has always been kind and friendly no matter what my request is.

I was shopping in the garden finding employees knowledgable, courteous and helpful. The cashier was great. She continued scanning while we were joking with her about the rain. She offered assistance to load the car. The employees and specifically the cashier made shopping not only pleasant but also fun! I am a BIG believer in good customer service. I was looking for some specific plumbing supplies for a project I have at home. The person at Home Depot that helped me was very helpful with all my needs. He took me directly to the product I needed, pointed out the difference the cheap version, and the one that will probably last longer, and made me feel at ease with the items I purchased. Home Depot is heads above any similar store. The associates are terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and always helpful to find something, answer questions or provide professional knowledge to help me with my projects.

I was planning to survey stores for the product I was looking for style and price. Home Depot was the first store and I was stunned at the quality and the price of the bird feeder hanger I was looking for. I have recently moved and am exhausted so getting this so fast was wonderful for me. Associate readily available and carried the object to my car for me.

The Mankato staff is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and location making my visit extremely appreciative. In addition I sincerely appreciate Home Depot's recognition of veterans by honoring and giving our nations veterans a discount on all their products.

Store is clean. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Returns are always handled in a very courteous manner. I like the way they have the paint department organized. It's pretty easy to find the supplies I need and get my purchases made quickly when I am in a hurry.
