THE EMPLOYEES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE QUICK AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE CASHIER IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE WAS A SWEET LITTLE WOMAN. SHE WAS ABLE TO LET ME SPILT MY PURCHASE BETWEEN 2 DIFFERENT CARDS. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. IVE BEEN TO MULTIPLE HOME DEPOT STORES AND MANTECA IS BY FAR THE BEST. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

When I went into Home Deport to buy a carpet cleaner, i notice that they only had floor displayes left. I flaged down one of the associates who was very helpful and she was able to search in the dated base and found one in a different location. It was the last one left and was $50 cheaper. Thank you Home Deport for making this buying exprience joyable.

Love how organized the store is, makes it easy to find what you need. Also Manteca home depot Has the cleanest restrooms.

Great store. Employees helpful. Store Manager was a little cocky and seemed a little annoyed that I asked him for help. But the store employee he sent was nice and helpful

the store is always well organized and items in stock. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. Lisa in Garden has been there for a long time and is very knowledgeable as well as very friendly.

The store was clean and the products I was looking for were in stock. Although all the associates were friendly and knowledgeable, I had to walk over to them for help. Still a good experience.

Overall my last visit to the store was satisfactory, as I already knew where to find the products I went in to purchase. However if I had needed assistance from a store employee I would have had to search for one. As is the case most of the time when I visit this store. Another customer shopping stopped and asked me for assistance because she had a question about some stains that I was looking at. Also the lighting in the aisles is poor, a bit too dim for me to read the item stickers even with my reading glasses on. Thank you

I went to look at appliances and Daniel the sales associate was very helpful with his knowledge of the items and taking the time to answer questions. He left my wife and I time to decide on what we wanted to do as well. I moved to the area a year ago and have used this store on many occasions. I've almost always have been able to get help from an associate with finding items or getting questions answered. I feel that whoever that is in charge of running this store treats their employees with respect and kindness.

We were in store early to purchase a refrigerator. Sue Phelps helped us out and she was fantastic! She helped with all our questions and knew all the answers. The best we've had at Home Depot.

I left my shopping cart full of items in the garden section. went to look for some mulch and left the cart for no more than 2 minutes as I walked down the isle and back to find the cart gone with my phone and other personal items. Customer service said an associate thought it was abandoned and was putting all the items away but could not (by phone) locate this person. I HAD TO LOOK FOR THE CART AND FOUND IT!!!! AND i WAS TALKING TO A MANAGER. L A Z Y!!!!!!!

Great store and great service. I recommend this store to anyone that is looking for anything that is needed for any handy dandy doodads.

Very helpful in lumber area, showed me to wood I needed and loaded it up.

Odette from paint dept helped us with some paint, we were slightly difficult and couldn't map a decision, she remained patient and was extremely helpful! She exceeded all expectations!

My father and I went in to get some paint for a bathroom that I was redoing. We wanted to have the wall color coordinate with the new accent tiles I had purchased earlier at your store. However, we are both color blind! So, Pam came running to our rescue! She took the accent tiles and picked out the perfect color for the bathroom! My parents recently listed their home for sale. During the open house everyone loved the colors in the bathroom. The next day, they received 6 offers on their home. The couple that purchased the home said they bought it due to the colors & quality materials (all purchased from Home Depot) used in the bathroom and the layout of the home. They said they aren't changing a thing! If it weren't for Pam's amazing customer service and first hand knowledge of the products, these two color blind Portagees would have ended up getting some horrible green color! LOL. I can't thank Pam enough for the help that she has given me and my family every time we go into the Manteca, CA store. Pam, once again, you are AWESOME! The Cambra Family

We needed help loading 4x8 sheets of plywood. The associate was friendly and helpful. We needed help in finding something. The associate helped us find it in another department. We needed help in loading. An associate came over and volunteered his help without our having to ask. The checkout associate was friendly and made checkout a breeze. The associates are a big reason we shop at Home Depo.

We came to the Home Depot with a specific list of things to get. There was an excellent selection of products and most seemed available and quite fairly priced. One of the associates we encountered in the home improvement (kitchen) area gave us some mis-information regarding a sub-contractor who would be giving us a quote on a project we want to have completed. Maybe his information at the store had not been up-dated. I think we will get part of that cleared up as we contact the contractor directly. The self-checkout is wonderful. The store is clean and it is easy to find the products you are looking to purchase. It seemed there were ample associates available to help those who had questions. Overall --- a good experience today.
