Bill Weyant - Greeted me as I entered and was very helpful and pleasant. Did not feel rushed and knew the products and locations of all my items. Fantastic customer service. Staff - Pleasant and helpful! It's alway nice to be met with happy pleasant staff who appear to like their jobs! Attitude, smiles, maturity and light conversation can go a long way!!

The more I think of this shopping experience today the more impressed I am with this store. I was assisted by 4 employees before checkout. I had no problem finding them and they didn't act like I was interrupting them. They were working but stopped and took me to what I was looking for. The cashiers were great also. I got more hands on help than I do at the spa. Keep up the good work.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Liz, one of your kitchen designers. She was smart, knowledgeable and patient during the process of our kitchen design. She made us feel comfortable with our never ending questions and changes in our kitchen design. We are very happy that we decided to come to your store for our kitchen.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. They always seem to care about Custer service. Today was different. I went in to buy 20 bags of mulch like I have for years. Usually it is in the parking lot. Today it wasn't. I asked if someone could bring it out on a forklift. Just to save moving it all one extra time. I was told they only use a forklift if I bought a whole pallet and they could not help me load it. They did in May. They wouldn't even let me help in May. So I move 20 bags of mulch 3 times by hand. This was my last trip to Home Depot.

The store was great and I was very happy with my shopping experience it's this dopey summary that I'm having a problem with people are never happy with just answering questions they want you to write a darn book.

I very rarely go to these kinds of stores and the employees were so pleasant and helpful, I was in and out in 15 minutes! One of the employees actually walked me to my car to assist with placing a heavy item in it!

We are lucky to have this store so close to home! the other store located near us always has a ton of traffic around it. mantua always has everything we need from paint to Christmas trees. The employees are very helpful!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WE SPOKE TO, NONE EVER ACTUALLY HELPED US AT ALL.

Even though the garden center was packed with customers, the sales clerk at check-out was professional and friendly, even though the lines were long. This young man should be complimented on doing a great job for Home Depot. I wish I remember his name so I could include it!

As soon as you walk in, Bill greets you and asks what he can help you find. I don't do a lot of home repair so that helps a lot. The guy in the paint dept. matched a color I bought at another hardware store so well that when I patched the wall, you couldn't tell where the repair was made. I thought for sure, I'd have to repaint the whole room. Needless to say, I was quite happy to get my job done in no time!

I have shopped at the Mantua store since it opened and have always been happy with the quality of my purchases, the ease of making my purchases and the friendliness of the staff. From garden supplies to carpet and tile, Home Depot seems to fit the bill!

I never use self checkout. When passing by the self checkout lanes, an employee invited me to utilize self checkout. I engaged and the employee made it out to be a very fun experience, and fast. I will utilize self checkout again when visiting Home Depot.

I was looking for a particular product and visited the local Target and Lowes. They did not have what I needed. In the parking lot of Lowes, I looked on the Home Depot site, it had the product and the exact location of where to find it. What a wonderful tool. My visit was quick and easy. I go to the mantua store quite often. The store associates are extremely helpful and take time out to guide me on the products that I am inquiring to purchase. They always help me find the best products that fit my budget. I am very pleased with this store and would recommend it.
