Except for the NEW HIRES...who are shy and don't like to speak in English.. the staff in this store makes a huge difference in my shopping experience.

Home Depot in Broomall is outstanding. The customer service ethic among all the staff is consistently high. This store is truly better than the one on Baltimore Pike and the one on McDade...and I know that many people think that Lowes has better customer service but I'd suggest that you try the Home Depot store in Broomall--they are giving Lowes stiff competition in the customer service area...it truly feels like an old-time small town hardware store where one of your neighbors serves you cheerfully, is glad for your business and helps you with all of your questions about using tools or installing parts, etc. Very well run store.

I needed to buy supplies to make weights for a craft tent: 4" x 24" PVC pipe, bolts, bungees cords, clothes line, tarp and cement. Michael O'Brien helped me find everything. Great sense of humor, too. Then he referred me to Roland in Lumber who helped me with cement vs concrete. I bought the concrete after learning what's in it. He loaded two 60 lb bags into my cart, gave me pointers on mixing and handling the the wet mixture. I'm new to this stuff but willing to learn. He suggested I ask for assistance loading my car at the check out. The cashier was friendly and warm and called for someone to help me with my purchase. I left my cart, got my car and when I pulled up to the door, there was a young man waiting for me with my things. After he loaded my car, I gave him a tip. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience! I will definitely return to this store.

This is my favorite hardware store. As a single woman owner of an old house I have special need for information and advice from sales associates there. I'm never disappointed. I've never been told that anything is out of stock and the prices are very competitive, too

From the minute I walked into the store to the department I needed to be in, I found a representative who immediately was able to connect me with an incredible young woman by the name of Frannie Bell-Taylor who completely took care of every single question, issue and need that I had in a friendly and skilled manner.

This Home Depot is a top notch location with extremely helpful customer service representatives. There is always someone to help answer your questions, without judgement, without annoying persistence, but simply with good intentions and the ability to match your enthusiasm about the project! I would recommend this Home Depot to all of my friends and neighbors just because of the unparalleled customer service I receive. Any store can carry products, but as a customer you buy from the person who takes the time to explain things, asks questions, listens to you, and makes recommendations based on your intentions (and not whatever is the most expensive). 5 stars for this Home Depot from a friendly Springfield resident!

When I went to this location last week, it was like a ghost town. There was nobody in sight to offer assistance or answer questions. The only person who came up to me was someone asking me if I was considering Solar Power. My goal was to purchase ceiling tiles and acoustic insulation. There were no employees to be seen anywhere. The tiles I needed were mostly damaged packages. There were only 2 boxes that were in undamaged condition. So my trip was a waste of time as I'll have to go to another Home Depot this weekend. I would have given this store a half star if it was possible. The store seemed like a deserted movie set, I was looking for a tumble weed to come rolling by. I expected a lot more from this location. My advice is to purchase from the Springfield or King of Prussia locations. They have a better stock and friendlier staff willing to assist you.

The employees of this Home Depot are almost always smiling. They are friendly and offer quick help and detailed insight. I definitely recommend this location.

The performance of Frances Bell-Taylor in the carpeting department was commendable. At the time of my purchase she gave me her personal phone number as a follow-up to the sale. When I had the issue with the installation team, I called her and she took care of the oversight. Note that this was done by Frances on her "off shift" time; I was impressed with her dedication and recommend you commend her for her performance.

Home Depot is the first store everyone thinks about when looking to do a home improvement project or just basic needs for fixing or updating a home. This particular store is very clean and very spacious. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and every other step I knew I could ask someone to assist me as they were in visible sight. That's the powe of the Home Depot!!!

This is the closest Home Depot to my home in Media. While not the biggest, it more than satisfies most of my needs. I have also found that 99% of the employees are very pleasant and go out of their way to answer questions and help out. As they say, a doctor's positive bedside manner can work wonders in helping a patient. The Home Depot employees at this store have clearly learned this lesson and put it into practice.

I ordered online "pickup in store" feature to take advantage of an online sale of a ceiling fan. When I went to pick it up, the box was extremely damaged. The cashier systematically checked all the contents of the box and was able to give me a further discount for trouble. I was very happy with the professionalism and convenience of this transaction.

If you need anything in hardware or home improvement this is the place. Every staff person I've dealt with has been patient and very helpful! I always look forward to shopping here!!!

I have a choice of using a Home Depot in Clifton Heights which is larger but find that although this store is on a smaller scale, they often have interesting items, especially in the garden section where last summer I was introduced to Mexican Petunias that come back every year and are a very unusual plant. The blooms; violet, lasted one day but was replace the next all summer long. I find it a convenient store and someone is always fast to help me load my car.
