Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see what tools you can rent. You can also call first to confirm a tool's availability, or visit our tool and equipment rental page to see if it's offered at your local store. If it's not, try another nearby store or contact our Rental Center associates to discover where that tool is available. Can I rent a tool for a week?
You can rent a tool for four hours or more. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small DIY jobs may only require a rental for a few hours, and long-term jobs can also be accommodated. You've got options to rent tools by the month, day, or week, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call your Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I return the tools?
You're welcome to return the tools early if you complete your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off mud and grime from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do saw blades come with wet saw rentals?
Yes, power saw rentals typically come with blades, but we recommend that you get a new one. You probably won't get a sharp saw blade that comes with your rental. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's smart to buy a suitable blade, just in case.
