If you have a question on appliances. Ask for Liz and her helper they are great and super knowledgeable and nice!

Today, we took part in the kid workshop jasmine is turly something amazing! She handle 30 Plus children. Managed to introduce herself to just about all of them and made them feel very special! I will be there next month Jasmine

The pro desk service is exceptional, they always want whats best for the customer.... Michael the loader is extremely helpful and will drop whatever hes doing to help you! Fausto, John and Barbara at the Pro Desk are Pros!!

I am a general contractor so i rely on a Home Depot to be well stocked, organized and clean. Martinez was all three. And the staff is extremely helpful. Especially managers Larry and Richardo whom have both helped me. Great guys and knowledable. The best Home Depot experience i have had in my 35 years as a contractor.

Overall a great store. Much more personal than the Concord store. Only bad point - occasionally you run into a unpleasant cashier at the contractor's registers; like they don't want to be bothered with anyone except contractors.

We drive a little farther to come to the Martinez store. If we come on a week night, we get the best and most prompt service. We really appreciate the knowledgeable staff who have given us the pros and cons of. various materials as well as advice on methods to use.

Not enough Associates in the aisles. When someone came to help me they had very little knowledge of the product I wish to purchase. Went to SS desk and witnessed the Associate's being over whelmed with phones, keys, trying to locate an associate to help customers. One gentleman was trying hard to satisfy my needs but couldn't find anyone to help him with mounting issues. I recommend this store because I believe this store can do better.

Store is too crowded with associates stocking shelves, displays blocking aisles. People approach me for jobs in parking lot and in store. Boxes are missing pieces, parking lot is dangerous. Longest check out line of any Home Depot i have ever been to. I used to shop this store at least 2x per week, now I drive 20 extra minutes to go to the Martinez store. Department associates are helpful, cashiers not so much.

I said relaxed because this store is by far stoppable because it is not so crowded with contractors and people in a hurry who seem to want to rush you for wanting to read the labels. The employees were cheerful and several asked if I needed help without "stalking" me.

As coming inside the store, there are already staffs that are willing to assist you. They direct you to the right place if you know what you are looking for. I came in looking for a dairy/ milk crate and I don't even have an idea what it looks like. The staff directed me with very clear and concise instruction on how to get to the right aisle. And alas! I found the dairy crate and it is rightfully labeled so I know I am getting the right product. The cashier was also very helpful in finding me one more crate since I need 8 and I only found 7 crates on the display. He called the department and asked to bring me another dairy crate. I was really happy with my shopping experience in this Home Depot. Good job, guys!

I didn't notice that the store wasn't clean but wasn't really looking. I am usually frustrated going into this type of store but was very please, when purchasing a washer and dryer, that the associate was knowledgeable about the different choices, listened patiently to my needs and from that information gave me recommendations, and took his time with me to ensure I was making an informed purchase.

The parking lot was easy to navigate, no poachers waiting to get day work. The Store was bright and clean and the vendors placed in the front hawking solar weren't quite as obnoxious; heating and air, not so much. As stated earlier in a survey, the associate listened to my inquiry, clarified what I was doing, then escorted me to the area I couldn't find. He didn't walk off talking over his shoulder or expect me to puppy-dog along behind him. Nice for a change!

The store has a great variety of products and the staff is usually friendly. However, sometimes the products are not very easy to find and I usually have to call for staff's assistance.

The only thing that could make this store better would be to make a walkway padded floor for people with arthritis to walk on, because the cement floor takes a toll after awhile.

I go in to this Home Depot most of the time weekly and I have never had an issue or been unable to find what I am looking for. One thing I would note is that the Associates at the Online Pick-Up counter I believe need to gain more knowledge of the products sold to ultimately be more helpful in case something ordered online came out incorrect. Other than that, I am always pleased!

the store was clean and well organized. If you would get rid of the grumpy cashier supervisor your store would rate much higher.

The Martinez Home Depot, although the smallest Home Depot I recently found out, is the best because you can get in the store, find your products, find someone to help you most of the time, and get out reasonably in a timely manner.
