Store associates are for the most part easy to find and are knowledgable about the products home depot is offering. The prices are usually good or comparable to other stores in the area. Very pleased with home depots offerings.

The staff at the pro desk was very helpful in helping me get the product I needed.

I go to this Home Depot daily for minor home maintenance and repairs. Enjoy the selection of wood, fasteners, paint and plumbing as well as electrical repair. Great to have the store here.

The two gentlemen behind the desk were very friendly and helpful and patient. i was returning some items from a custom order and it was a bit confusing. They were great!

The associate in lighting was very helpful and did not make us feel like we were bothering him. It made our decision about our lighting purchase easier and we were very happy with the result.

The associates were great - they really put a lot into assisting . I felt they really care about a person's need and actually enjoyed what they do.

I went up a couple of aisles I thought the item I wanted would be there, but no luck. An associate was just going by me and asked if I needed help and he told me the item had been moved a couple times and was now in the front of the store. Associate was very helpful.

Since i am building my first home I often visit The Home Depot in Massena and every visit is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly and helpful which means alot because going into this adventure I knew next to nothing about building a home. My next step is kitchen cabinets and I look forward to sitting down and planning my kitchen with one of their friendly staff

I am always very satisfied shopping at Home Depot in Massena, N. Y. I have asked for help several times while shopping for material. I am always greeted with someone very willing to help. When it is not their department., and they don't have the answer, they will find someone that can help. I have never been unhappy shopping at Home Depot, finding help, or finding what I need. There are some of the associates that really go beyond, I had that experience tonight while shopping for paint.

Plenty of friendly associates willing to assist in your shopping experience. Store is well stocked with a variety of products and is very clean. Easy in and out shopping experience.

Had a hard time finding what I was looking for at first... after walking around for a short but I figured it out on my own though. Very pleased with the product.

Product availability is outstanding - we always find products not available in Canada at great price. We have found a variety of products we could not resist bying - very happy we went cross border shopping - definitely worth the ride.

Some Of The Staff Worry Me! Other then that it was a good store and most employees were trying there best in helping me anytime I go into buy an item

I returned to Home Depot to purchase tile I was deciding on and it was gone from tile area. I was going to go online to try and find it and decided to inquired with an associate first. He knew the tile I was referring to and brought me to a clearance section where the tile was. Thankfully there was enough to complete my bathroom - and I saved money!!!!

At the Massena Home Depot, you always receive a very friendly, knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you find what you need and even offer helpful suggestions for your home project. And, the prices are great. It is one of my favorite stores. I would highly recommend the Massena Home Depot.

On this visit the young sales associate spent time helping me explore all the options to resolve my project problem. He went above & beyond, was friendly and receptive to my ideas. Was nice to work with him to finish up my home project. The older lady in lawn & garden is so wonderfully knowledgeable about my garden projects and greets me warmly each time. I appreciate the input and sharing of ideas. Like going to visit a good friend.

Store very clean, sales associates were very helpful, explained difference several different products, definately will return soon for more Christmas gifts

Having spent a significant amount of time and money at this store, I have found that the employees seem to be good-willed and ready to help; however, you may want to get a second opinion and/or read such things as installation instructions thoroughly as the employees don't seem to be fully trained on the products they are selling. For example, I spent right around $2000 on laminate flooring and premium underlayment, and come to find out, they were not compatible and therefore I voided the warranty. Now I have a beautiful cherry finish floor that is curling up at the seems. Both products were purchased at the same time, on the same receipt- would've been nice if someone had let me know before I bought it. It is nice to be able to bounce your ideas off of the employees and get some feedback from their point of view.
