I have made many trips to this store during my bathroom remodel and I have had very good experiences and no complaints.

I've had a great experience with our Mattoon store with several of the various departments ranging from flooring, paint, gardening etc. There are always associates ready and available to assist you. The store is clean, neat and I've been happy with the products that I've purchased.

Super store - love shopping here! We found everything we wanted with much ease and were very please with our overall shopping experience.

When I went to the store I was looking for an area rug. When I couldn't find the one I wanted, a staff member came up to me and asked if I needed any help. It wasn't his department but he helped me anyways to find the rug I wanted and ordered it and walked me up to the cash register. Other stores I've been to just pawn you off on other staff members if it's not their department. It was great service!

I love your store, and it is too easy to find too many things to purchase. My last trip was for a quart of paint. I ended up with $100 in product. I'm I needed all of that stuff, right?

I rate our Home Depot a 10 because of its ease in shopping. No matter what you want, someone is always close at hand to give you a hand if needed.

I just bought a new home and was looking for a way to light the Dining room, there was no ceiling lights. So my father-inlaw showed me a product that you could run the wireing in that would be on the outside of the wall. Wasn't real interested in useing it at first but once I bought the lighting fixture I found that having the wire out in the open bothered me so I decided to purchase some of the "wiremold" kits and with little and effort it was put together and looked so much better than the wires all hanging down the wall. so you just never know what you will find at the Home Depot.

The staff is always the friendliest of any store I've been in. They stick with you until you have what you're looking for instead of just pointing in some vague direction and then running off as in some other stores. It's that good every time at this Home Depot. They're GREAT!

We worked with Kim designing and ordering kitchen cabinets and countertops. She did a great job with the layout and helping us with our selections. We had worked with her in the past with equally satisfying results. Dennis helped us with appliance selection. He also was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had also worked with him before, and he again was great to deal with. These folks are what make Home Depot my favorite store for hardware and home improvement. We also have a competitor's store near us, but in my mind there is no comparison.

HomeDepot pricing is always comparable to other retailers and they always deliver the new appliances and take away the old.

When we go to Home Depot, there is always a good selection of products. The store employees are very helpful as well.

The team at Home Depot is very knowledgeable. They were able to walk me through the best drill to purchase, and even directed me to a better deal that I was not even aware of. Excellent service, so much better than Lowes!

Nancy that works at the paint department is rude and unkind. I will not buy paint from the there anymore due to the way she treated me.

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances tonight. I visited the store multiple times talking to Dennis about differences in brands, etc. Dennis is extremely helpful, patient and always remembered my name every time I came in (impressive). If you're looking for appliances make sure you talk to Dennis, he's fantastic!! THANK YOU DENNIS!!!

Purchased 4 major appliances and were in and out in less than 30 minutes, spent less than we anticipated, and felt that we were in the hands of an appliance expert. Dennis even walked us to the checkout to make it all rang up properly and all discounts were applied. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for appliances!

garden dept associates were very helpful in finding the things we were looking for, same goes for the cashier at the front end of the store

handy place to shop when at home. Nice set up and easy navigating.

We were buying shingles for our roof and the store associates were awesome! As we have done our roof we have had several bad shingles in the bundles that we bought that we could not use. That was discouraging. Other than that the roof looks awesome with the new shingles.

Every department we went to there was a friendly helpful staff member waiting to help us. The employees were knowledgeable about the products in their area and were aware of the location of all the items we needed.
