I enjoy going there and getting ideas for remodling my home and I do go to home Depot about every 2 weeks on pay day for landscaping rock. I love how it is never moved around I know excatly where it is and that is so helpful for the times that I am in a hurry!!!

The associates in this store are always so friendly and helpful! Well done!

Just returned from Home Depot, the store was very clean and the staff very helpful as usual. When we reached the checkout things changed. We had the most rude cashier that we have ever encountered at Home Depot. Watch out for Erica!!!!!!

We were confused by the miniblind selection when a very friendly and helpful associate rescued us. she helped us find what we neede and in just a few minutes cut the blinds to the exact size we needed, And, upon check out, the young grl at the returns area was dealing with a complex multi item return, but she kept our attention and acknowledged us in a very professionaql manner

Had a quick stop to get mower air filters help was call and was there quickly then went to garden area looking for egg plants both people were helpful and friendly.

I love shopping at Home Depot they have everything I need to work on our apartments. They have very helpful and friendly associates.

Normally I prefer a locally owned smaller store to the "big box" locations, but here in Mattoon, the H-D associates make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is much more like the "hometown" stores. Good Folks!!

After asking if I needed help, a female associate retrieved an item from clear across the store that I had overlooked while I was in the correct area. She told me to continue shopping and that she would find me, which she did. Thank you Home Depot associates.

Even though HD is a "big box" store, here in Mattoon the staff helps to make it feel like a more "home town experience"

I do a lot of gardening and I am never disappointed in the amount, variety, and quality of the plants at the Mattoon store. The employees working in the Lawn and Gardening are simply GREAT!

We are finishing a kitchen remodel, and Dennis in Appliances was a godsend. He was so knowledgeable and informative about all the appliances, sinks and faucets. I wasn't looking forward to shopping, but he made the experience so easy and pleasant. He answered any questions I had at the store, or calls I made to the store. He has also explained even the best cleaning products to use on our appliances. I have referred many people to Home Depot and Dennis for help and advice. Great salesman, knowledgeable and informative, without the pressure of a salesman. A pleasure to work with. Thanks Dennis & Home Depot, the kitchen is looking great!
