very awesome during my visit

I had a great experience shopping at this store location. Within minutes of looking at the drill section of the store I was approached by one of their employees, Luis, who was extremely thorough, friendly, and encouraging in helping me find what I needed. I went in to buy one particular tool and left with something even better than I had planned- and know it will be very helpful with my hobby. Very thankful for that experience and will be back!

At first I pick up the wrong product so I went back to return the product and they were so helpful in helping me to find the right one. They were so nice and polite in helping me, the store was very clean and the personnel were all friendly. It was a very pleasant experienced.

the reason why a 1 star for that one employee that had not caring or wanting to help me in the store and a 5 star for tina and kahea who went out of there way to make a negative thing become positive.. thank you can never be enough...

the staff is very helpful

We remodeled our home with home depot products most of the time. Its been frustrating because of out of stock issues. The time frames given to us for the carpeting and the vinyl floor felt like for ever. If it wasn't for the flooring associate "Sunshine" we would have purchased our products from another source. This past incident with the area rugs was an isolated incident and should have never happened.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because every time I need assistance, someone is always ready and willing to show me around the store to find the product(s) I need and always willing to share their expertise in the item(s). Luis is a fine example of this willingness to go out of his way to help me. Also Cory, the manager was extremely helpful in guiding me to the product I needed and offering the information I needed to make the job easier. I highly recommend this store!

The store is always well stocked and easy to get around. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love the bell at the exit that gets rung when your cashier is friendly; good morale booster.

I live in California but have a vacation rental in Maui. It's not easy to find the needed items when you're in another state. Doc, however, was able to help me over the phone to find the correct washer/dryer unit for my Maui property. He was extremely patient, professional, and thorough. He called me back twice after some research to complete my transaction.
