Products were easy to find. Even though I was there after 8:25 pm an associate found me, offered help and was able to find what I needed online with the little info I had

I love this store location. The employees here take great pride in what they do and it shows. They greet you ask if you need anything and are always will to give you a “HAND” if you need it!!!

If you're looking for exceptional customer service, visit the McDonough, Ga store and ask for Daniel B. He is an amazing courteous young man that helped our daughter with her mouse trap car project for her Honors Physical Science class. Daniel B. deserves to be recognized for doing more and making a difference in the lives of students in the community. Hats off to you Daniel B. on a job well done. You certainly did, Nail it!

My favorite store! Friendly and helpful staff. The store is kept very neat at all times and the staff are always willing to help out.

This is the Best Home Depot by far, I shop there several times weekly, I love the Store.

I love shopping at the McDonough location. I go to this store several times a month during spring and summer primarily to shop for gardening and lawn care products. The plants and shrubs are always well cared for and look healthy; difficult to maintain due to the extreme Atlanta heat. The employees are ALWAYS helpful and go “above and beyond” what I would expect and what I experience at other home improvement stores in my area.

Lawn & Garden...Angela, Mike & Andy were great COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! They made my day @ the Home Depot! Thank them again for me!

I had the worst experience with this Home Depot. I waited over 30 minutes for someone in lumber to help me. I left the store and I refuse to do business with this particular location again.

Always can find help. Their online pickup is very quick and organized. Stock in the toilet section is pretty banged up for some items. Had to bring back a toilet that was shattered while the box didn't look too bad compared to the box on top of it that was badly beat up and should not have been on the floor. I will say the exchange was quick and easy other than having to reload a heavy item plus have a plumber out for a second trip $$

The store was clean and the employees are the most helpful and pleasant human being and I have had two wonderful experiences.Five stars.

What great people work at this Home Depot. While this store has any product I could ever want or need, it the people who work there that makes the store the only store I will by my stuff from.

Great employees and clean store

This is ONLY the store review, NOT the product: The store is nice and clean, with friendly associates. The person i bought my product from was curteous and somewhat knew abt the product. When i voiced my concerns abt some of the reviews she actually went online to look at them. She didnt try to leas me on or anything since i knew what i was getting. She answered my questions and did my paperwork needed. The store trip was short, just as i wanted it to be.

Staff was very hospitable, eager to provide assistance to me. I would like to recognize Kat and Elaine in Flooring for their time and patience in their interaction with my husband and I. They are an asset to their department. Also, would like to acknowledge the tall, older, dark-skinned man who took the time, to show me within the store where to purchase and what type of material needed to build my own raised garden bin. He told me want type of soil needed to grow vegetables in GA ( he is from NY) and talked about his own garden. I felt special that day because he put me first before his responsibilities in the garden area.

This store stocks more garden products and they keep their plants neat, organized well and water them regularly. The Ellenwood store has limited stock.

We visit this location often since we purchased our home. Very convenient and user friendly.
