I love browsing/shopping a Home Depot, however the Mechanicsville store lacks good customer service.

The associate helped me lift my paint since I couldn't due to injury of hand. She also talked to me like family.

Almost always has what you are looking for. Very friendly staff.

Great experience with Monique at the Pro Desk! She is the best and anyone who needs help with a custom order should ask for her. She has helped me with other orders and it is a pleasure working with her. Great smile, funny personality and she know her stuff. Very knowledgeable about the products and services.

You can find everything that you need at this store, but they need to work at getting rid of clutter and becoming more organized.

Home Depot has stellar customer service and ample handicapped parking spaces..

Many trips to M`ville Home Depot to get building materials to finish my "mancave". One trip stands out in my memory. I was loading drywall and Jim from Tool Rental came over to help me load 4x8 sheets of drywall. Customer service at its` best ! I felt like a valued customer and greatly appreciated the help. Thanks to Jim for his help !

People very friendly specifically at checkout. Sharen always my favorite checkout person.

Excellent experience at Mech HD! One employee, Badia, in the paint Dept was beyond wonderful in helping me correct a problem I had encountered with a paint purchase. She went out of her way to correct the problem....have not seen this sort of dedication in many years..... Overall, the store is clean, well stocked, but most important assets are its caring employees and managers. Strongly recommend!

Very nice store very well stocked quick easy in and out shopping. Store personnel are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. Often they have clear outs and reductions in plants and other seasonable items where you can really experience some savings.

Every associate I've dealt with have gone the extra mile to make sure I was a happily satisfied customer!!

As I noted, the store is clean, well lit, staffed, and a nice place to shop. i AM HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING YOUR WEBSITE TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND COMPLETE THIS REVIEW.

The store is well put together and usually never have a problem finding someone to help us out!

Jessica H did a fantastic job with a kitchen remodel and knocked it out in one session which was only set-up the day before. When I went in this morning she was already working on it and had only gotten the measure information the afternoon prior. Ellen looked at the design as it was progressing and made some great ideas and tips! Their teamwork is to be commended. I was greatly satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anyone!

Product availability was limited in what I wanted. Want to see if I could special order. Could not get help.

Store was very clean and had enough employees that you did not have to go and find one.

This particular location always seem to have more items in stock & the items are always located where the site they they will be, also on the busiest days for the DIYer's (weekends) the service was great never a long wait in long line, the availability of cashiers and self checkout is awesome!!

Even though we did not readily locate an associate in the refrigerator department, an associate in a neighboring store department was willing to assist us. She was so kind and efficient that she could very well be considered a multi-department associate.

We were looking for a specific item, and the employees that assisted us were extremely helpful!!!!!!!

Store was clean with not clutter on the floor. Floor associates were approachable, courteous, and helpful.

Went in to purchase paint for our living room and had the pleasure of having an associate assist us throughout the whole process of selection the perfect paint for our needs. Will be going back in this week to purchase more paint for an outside project

The people were friendly and very helpful. I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 10 years and have no reason to discontinue. I only have a Home Depot charge card.

I came into this store with an idea for a project. I was greeted in the wood section by a gentleman who was by far the most knowledgeable person in ANY Home Depot that I’ve ever visited. He knew that store inside and out! Even when I didn’t know what I was looking for, just my general description allowed him to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish. He was patient, very kind and no matter how indecisive I was, he kept on smiling. Man, you don’t find excellent customer service like this anymore. If you are looking for some qualified help at this location, go find Mr. Glenn.

Shop here alot, since it is close, have a HDepot cc also, which is convenient. Although, I will purchase elsewhere for better quality item, or item not carried here. Store associates are friendly, mostly knowledgeable and go extra step to help you.

The Home Depot paint department was so helpful and willing to provide advice and the right products to get the job right the first time.
