Good store...BUT, If you come to this Home Depot be prepared to be bothered by walk around vendors. Home Depot needs to STOP the practice of employees or vendors walking around the store trying to sell you on a "water survey" or "a/c questionnaire". This is annoying, intrusive and many times I get asked TWICE in the same visit by the same person! I come to The Home Depot to get what I need and leave. If I wanted a "water survey" (which really means trying to sell me a water system) or a quote on an A/C system, I would have come in for that. Home Depot needs to set up a booth as you come in and just have the person sit there! These people make you feel like you're being stalked as you walk around the store. This happens every time at this store. I don't know if this is a company wide policy but it needs to stop. Some of these people are SUPER aggressive and won't take NO for an answer. Do these people get paid for everyone they "sign up"? Your Customer DO NOT want to be harassed as they shop, they want HELP finding the right solutions to their Home projects rather than an annoying HARD SELL for water systems and A/C units!! Checkout guy Mark is super awesome.

I’ve been going into this store for years! So that has to say something about the store! One stop shopping for all your household needs! And they love my doodles!!!

I usually end up at the West Melbourne Home Depot after giving the competition a chance which they normally fail. More than the overwhelming product choices at great prices is the feeling that almost all of the associates convey the feeling that they enjoy working there and serving their customers.

I love everything about this particular location. Employees, service, item variety, and prices! However, the parking lot lights need to be brighter at night.

Every time I enter this store I am welcomed!! Mike in lumber is an amazing employee and should travel to be an official trainer for every Home Depot store! He is an exceptional above and beyond employee!!

From the moment i arrived, there was someone at the door! I was directed to speak with Jorge in lawn and garden who assisted me with picking out a fugacide for my palm tree...not sure if it will work, but i really appreciated the caring and thoughtful way Jorge tried to help me. In addition, the next day i came back for a beautiful fire pit i had been eyeing, Cheyenne in customer service was able to look up my account and ensure my purchase was deferred into the 18 month same as cash offer i received in the mail. That cold evening, my family and i enjoyed our fire pit and created an unforgettable memory. Thank you, Jorge and Cheyenne!!!

This is the best Home Depot around,, we called ahead and they had our products at the front service desk waiting for us and when we needed a few things to go with it , the associate was as friendly and helpful as can be. It's hard to find a nice clean and friendly store anymore, but this one is the best.
