Very friendly and helpful associates. In particular Ken and Mark. I have bought over $35,000 worth of building materials at Home Depot in Milpitas and Merced, over the last 25 years and I keep coming back. That means I am happy with Home Depot.

Have shopped in this store for many years, and prefer it to other local similar stores. Have purchased appliances, gardening supplies and general home care items. Employees are always pleasant and helpful as well as knowledgeable.

They need to get rid of some displays near the checkouts. To crowded several people had to walk all the way down aisle to get around people waiting in line to check out. I had to be careful with my long pipe on the cart to not run into the displays.

This is always my go to store for any project, big or small! I can usually find what I need and if I don't the associates are always happy to help. They not only help with questions but have educated me with helpful tips on painting and keeping my indoor plants alive!

From the time I went online and found what I wanted, called my local store, went to pick up my item that was waiting for me at customer service, to unloading it at my house, only 1 hour went by. My item was a 175 pound metal shed. Excellent service.

I am currently renovated my new home, and by no means have i attempted this before, however Home Depot and its staff have shown me the literal and metaphorical tools of the trade. I am appreciative of there patience and care, and am especially thankful towards the paint department which has continuously taken great care in helping me find the perfect colors. With Home Depots help, "Lets Do It" has become "I Can't Believe I Just Did It". Thank Home Depot!

The store associates are okay but the managers won't take the time to even inspect damaged products which were PREPAID IN ADVANCE! If you order online beware Home Depot will charge your credit card before your item ships or arrives at the store. This means you will pay interest before it arrives which may take at least 10 days! And if the item is damaged they will refund you less the interest you paid on your credit card. The manager won't even take the time to consider a reasonable discount offer for damaged goods.

I needed assistance cutting some plastic fencing for a tortoise habitat I am building. Wesley was the associate that assisted me. When he realized I was going to have to cut the fencing to fit the area where I was installing it, he went and got the tools necessary and did all the measurements and cutting for me. I can not remember ever having such great customer service from an employee in any store in my past. I truly appreciate his kindness and effort in assisting me. This is the kind of associate any company would be proud to have on their payroll. Thank you Wesley, and thank you Home Depot for your training standards you have set for your employees. Great Job. I will definitely share my experience and be a return customer. Thank you.

As per normal, this store was clean and well lit. Store associates were readily available and displayed good working knowledge of the store layout and the products availability and location. A pleasure to shop at Home Depot.

Mark in plumbing wad very helpful. He took his time and helped us build a homemade tent out of pvc piping and he included the children in helping as a team. Way to go Home Depot!

85% of the time is good there are times when it's hard to fine a associate.

I am always in Home Depot for one reason or another. Whether its for plants and landscaping, or fencing, or screens doors, or rugs, or ordering window blinds, I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeble. I never leave the store until I feel confident that I can achieve what I came to achieve. I have had some interesting plumbing issues in the past where an associate and I designed a creative way to solve a particular problem. I'm confident to go back again and again, knowing that I can accomplish any task I take on, and what I don't know the friendly associates will help me figure it out. I'm also waiting to run into the guy from YARD CRASHERS!!! That would be like winning the lotto!

Upon arriving at customer service counter, I noticed 3 associates. One was refunding customer money, the other two were chatting. I did get eye contact from one of the chatters, but she quickly turned around and did not ask if I could be helped. This was rude, she was Hispanic and seemed that she could not be bothered by my problem with some damaged plants. I can identify her if needed.

I shop the Home depot often, and at a number of different locations. This visit was one of the BEST! I had an associate help me with locating an under the sink water valve for the bathroom. This particular display "as with all Home Depots for this particular display that I have visited" was a complete disaster. The assistant found what I was looking for, keeping me from being totally frustrated. I proceeded to the checkout and was greeted by a very sweet person named Heidi. She was very polite and professional, she also laughed at my stupid jokes. I walked away from the Home Depot with a smile!! :) As I said earlier, I shop at the Home Depot frequently and at a number of locations, this by far was one of the best experiences. This was do to the friendliness of the employees! Make sure to tell them thank you!!!

I come to this store often enough that I know where things are and I don't need help that often. When I do, it isn't always easy to find, but if you are persistent, you can get the help you need. Then again I often go later at night when the store is not as well staffed.

I really like shopping at HD and the reason I don't shop there more frequently is the stores location. Due to the traffic configuration in the immediate area it's kind of a hassle and irritant to get there.
