Employees are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

This a great store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. We purchased a new washer and fridge and the process was quick and easy.

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes I go in and employees are all over, friendly reaching out to help. Other times there's no one around. I find the store has a very crowded feel in the isles. I'm a gardener and I haven't been able to find what I need for my vegetable garden thus far, maybe they're late getting things in ? I did get a good deal on mulch on sale, but my garden is done by Memorial Weekend and I got nothing from HD, not even flowers. Poor this year. Paint Dept is normally good. But. They were having a great Behr Memorial Rebate sale so decided to get 8 gallons to do the exterior of my house. What a nightmare ! I went in with neatly written specifics for Behr Exterior Ultra Premium, finish/color/paint #. Long wait, paid, went to put paint in the car only to discover she made it all interior paint. I had to go back, return it all and have new remade. Discouraging and waste of my time. I also went in for a small plumbing issue (female homeowner here...do the best I can). One associate on the floor gave me advise on a product to purchase however I was lucky enough to speak with a master plumber at HD whom advised me the CORRECT product to purchase saving me from making a wrong purchase. Bottom line: I don't think you can always trust the advise of the employees at HD. All in all, I live in Middletown, RI so there's not many choices around so HD is a decent "go-to" for many of my needs.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK - I ALSO LIKE THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT. ESP THIS TIME OF YEAR.90% OF THE TIME I PURCHASE PLANTS HANGING AT FRONT OF STORE OR ON DISPLAY NEAR THE RETURN SECTION.

The assistance that i received was excellent and it actually saved me money because I was going to use an improper method and product for the job i was doing

Every customer counts,Every last one of us. Cub Cadet Tractor, Gas powered trimmer,Paint,remodeling materials for Two bathrooms,Fencing for a 32907 sq ft lot,remodeling material and appliances for entertainment room,Shed,Lawn furniture ,back up generac, also need a new snow blower, gonna have to get it all somewhere other than Store 4287. Two will call orders in two weeks paid for but not ready for pick-up at the agreed upon date and time,even had to pick one of my orders myself while on lunch. Too bad we liked shopping there. Store 4287 has a few great people there . There are too many others that seem, too busy to help you ,and are really just faking it. They are not busy at all,just trying to look busy and that is a sad state of affairs.If you don't take care of your customers they will, like me Spend there $$$'s elsewhere. And I am not talking at all about the MET Crew. They are always ACTUALLY BUSY but they offer help all the time even though they are ACTUALLY TOO BUSY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good for them. Shame on a lot of store #4287. I'll come get Charcoal...maybe...good luck

it took too long to find the right person with the answers

Looking for front railings for my home's front stairs. The rep was very helpful in trying to find what I needed, unfortunately HD doesn't carry any type of product that I was looking for in store or on line.

The staff there is courteous and helpful. It is very professional and knowledgeable staff.

During my visit a employee seemed to know I needed help and he helped me pick out the right product I needed, Thank you

I made a purchase over the phone ( I live out of state but own a rental home in Npt) and the managers were among the most helpful and professional employees I had the pleasure of conducting business with in recent days. Charlie and Chris were absolutely OUTSTANDING! Charlie went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for my contractor to start work on time. Thank you Charlie, for your excellent customer service!

Associate Pam Reed was very helpful to me. She was able to describe the differences in the various models which helped me to select the model best suited to my needs.

I took in my grandchild's scooter to get supplies to replace a missing handle. While searching for the pieces I'd need a manager asked what I needed and said, "we're slow in Power Tools Rentals and can build that for you." Off we went where an awesome associate got to work. In 1/2 hr I had a scooter as good as new. This is NOT a service they normally provide... but maybe they should??? All I know is they went above and beyond today and I'm very grateful.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Middletown Home Depot. The sales associates are always friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. I would not consider going anywhere else for my home needs. Thank you

On a recent visit to this store we were helped by Dan who turned out to have a great sense of humor and knew the store. He gave us great advice and made our shopping fun! Maureen checked us out and she was sweet and competent. Mohamed came to our rescue when we were struggling to load the car. Overall, great experience.

This particular Home Depot was clean and well organized, when I walked in I was greeted and that same individual pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Another associate helped me in the isle and although he was overly opinionated he was still helpful. Overall this is a good Home Depot to shop at.

Purchased on-line and picked up in store. In and out in lesl than 5 min. Associate very quick and friendly.

EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE A CLUE>>> ON HOW TO HANDLE A DISCOUNTED PRODUCT! Home Depot makes the error, it's on their shelves... I try to purchased it... and get 5-different answers from 5-different people... and Mark Pacheco sticking a phone in my face, un-called for! Very frustrating and someone there should step up to address these issues! 2nd time in 2-weeks! most of the same people involved Had to call the 800-# to get it resolved...

Was looking for the RYOBI 18 volt Lithium batteries 2 for one christmas buy. Tool room guy got me right to the product and was cheerful and had a smile.

My car battery died right outside of store -employees tried to jump the battery with portable cables and even with personal vehicle! Truly customer service oriented people.
