Home Depot excelled in meeting my expectations! Bought a grill at Lowe's encountered horrible employee with bad attitude and lack of service in seasonal. Returned the grill and purchased one already assembled at Home Depot. Mark and Jose were instrumental in the selection of the grill, paying for it and having it loaded and secured in my vehicle.

Based on the general retail disorganization of retail operations in Midland/Odessa I found this location to be better than the majority of other retailers I shop. They did have available floor personal if needed and the store was generally in a good stock position on product. It was also clean which most national retailers in West Texas struggle with. You just have to accept some general inconvenience due to the oil boom. Many retailers have, and they should not, accepted the fact that they will not be able to hire enough associates for the location. This Home Depot on my visit, at least appeared to be making an effort in a very difficult labor pool situation.

close the self check outs. Cashiers are better. I usually go to LOWES for thier easy check out

Staff at excellent in greeting people. Was asked several times if I needed help. Definite turn around from two years ago.

My experience with Home Depot today was very positive. An associate named Kay made it a very good experience. You don't find clerks in stores like her very much. Thank you Kay and Home Depot.

There were a lot of customers, and no where near enough employees, I had to search someone out any time I had a question.

Thank you to the store associate who took the time to call the Odessa store to see if they had any of the light fixtures we needed. We bought the last four you had and five more from them. You were a life-saver. Okay, not really, but you did make my day much brighter in more ways than one.

Mike in electrical went out of his way to make sure we bought the correct wire. Even though it was late at night (nearly 9 pm) he was pleasant and cheerful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like he truly enjoyed helping us. Thanks Mike!

Everything was good during our trip today!! Our cashier Leslie was real friendly and explained our warranty info clearly.

Went in to find a mop and light bulb but left with several items that I could use although I wasn't intending to buy just then. Enjoyed walking around dreaming of the things I would like to get someday and thinking of things I would like to have to fix up the house.

You need to go see Odessa store.It is BIG DIFFERENCE

I recently purchased a new home & I have made frequent trips to Home Depot. The staff is always very friendly & knowledgeable.

The store was very clean and the service was great.

we drive 45 miles to get ac filters and they never have the size we need stocked on the shelf. They are always at the top of the aisle and no one to help you

Home Depot has come along way to when I first moved to Midland. Much cleaner, more organized. Garden center is very poor. Staffing is a problem, but is all over Midland.

gary you need to get help we are going in and waiting for someone to come help and they nevrey show up you do have a few good people in the paint dept and some nice people that works the front.

Due to the great economy it is tough to staff but they have done a good job trying.
