This Home Depot is exceptional.I found many in Miaminot so customer friendly.This store is very differentand their self checkout is fast

THIS STORE MERCHANDISE DISPLAY WITH GOOD ORGANIZED AND I LIKE IT

I asked where 2 items were located, and the associate walked me over to the aisles.

I often use this Home Depot when I need an item. It is close to where I live, clean and usually have plenty of people to assist. I especially like the knowledge that the assistances posses. I have not been steered wrong yet!

Cashier Anita was very courteous and friendly. She asked if I found everything ok.

In general, this is a great store, my only recomendation is try to teach associates how to handle customers, sometimes is like a rude treatment, NOT from all associates.

We purchased a refrigerator few years ago, This broke down and when we called HD it took them three months to honor the agreement of the warranty. We reached HD several times during these three months and at all times the management stated there is nothing much they can do and did not offer any solution nor helped us expedite this issue. We are as of today without a refrigerator in our house. Worst experience ever!

I like this Home Depot. I like that associates are friendly, the store is clean and the store is organized.

Every employee I walked passed greeted me and asked if they could be of any help, but since I'm an extremely frequent buyer at that very store I know pretty much where everything is at. Keep up the good work HD!!!

I have always love to shop at Home Depot, better than going to department store. I have visit many Home Depots from Homestead to West Palm Beach and this particular store was a total disappointment. They were very limited on the variety of items to choose from in every department. The items they had look like they were obsolete. I was never approached by an associated to see if I needed help. They passed by and ignore me, but what bother me the most is that when I went to check out there were no live cashiers to assist me. They only had the check out "cashiers" open. I bought large items and I had to unload and load everything by myself and the most insulting was that there was a lady "cashier" supervising and instead of assisting the clients she was on her cell phone and was not even gracious enough to say: Good afternoon.... Can I help you?.... Thank you.... Good by. I will keep buying and recommending Home Depot to friends, but this is one store and not eager to return.

Great store it was a pleasure the place was clean and the clerks are nice.

i come in at least once a month for office cleaning supply i am able to get what i need and leaved pretty quickly. Some products change but over all satisfied with getting supplies.

The associate and cashier who assisted me were absolutely fabulous!

My last two visits to this location were a pleasure. Associates were available, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely saw an improvement compared to past visits.
