I always shop at home depot for all my major purchases. I wish you carried #6 drywall screws. I always enjoy dealing with, rand, Chris and Ray at the pro desk. Mandy and Jennifer are great at checkout. Sheila in does is always helpful and spike is amazing in plumbing

Bill is great and will help you try to find exactly what you want and does research for you on the items. Doc made the final purchase as Bill was not in and did a great job in placing the order.

Quick "in & out" which was great ~ we had lots of errands. Both associates we interacted with were quite friendly.

My overall experience at the Missoula Home Depot was excellent. The store associate was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the appliance I purchased. Also, he was so proficient when processing the order on the store computer. I would highly recommend buying an appliance product from your store because of this associate. My wife and I were very impressed with the delivery team: fast, professional, and friendly. Thank you again for an overall great experience. I will use Home Depot in the future for all my home improvement needs.

We bought a new washer and dryer. We were told the store was out of stock but they would have more in 10 days. When 10 days passed and we were not contacted for delivery we called. We were told it would be a week more. We called again. Now we are being told it will be even longer. Manager said today that partly due to purchasing "Chinese" washers and dryers. Very Rude store, Rude managers! I guess they have enough business they won't be needing mine in the future!

Ray was great help. He was knowledgeable of the products I wanted and of its avalability.

The store associates have always been helpful in assisting me. The majority of the time I am able to find the things I need. Home Depot credit cards have saved me in many emergencies by not only allowing me to purchase products but also labor charges at deferred interest rates when I do not immediately have the amount of cash available. Thanks!

Besides help for my unusual product search for a project I was working on, the associate Jon, in Electric, assisted me after shopping when my car wouldn't start. It turned out that the connector had loosened on the battery and he was ready to give me a jump, but only needed to tighten it. Just coming out to the parking lot to help was going above and beyond normal service and I applaud Home Depot's choice of employees. He made my day and I'll shop at Home Depot every chance I have for the products they carry, because of the excellent customer service.

I ARRIVED AT THE STORE AT 7:10 AM... NOT MANY CUSTOMERS WERE SHOPPING FOR LAWN MOWERS.. BUT WHEN I STOPPED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK, THE ASSOCIATE FOUND ME ASSISTANCE RIGHT AWAY. WHEN I WENT TO THE AISLE TO MEET THE ASSOCIATE, HE WAS ALREADY THERE. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL MY INQUIRIES. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND RELAXED EXPERIENCE.

I called ahead of time. 4 of the items I wanted were at the store. I waited for 20 minutes while workers tried to find the item. I paid for the item and left while they looked further. I was called and told they don't have the item, and they will not order it because a lawnmower on July 17, 2015 was not a seasonal item. I would have to order it from home myself, for the same price, free delivery. No problem. But you have a serious inventory problem at Home Depot. Missoula.

As I mentioned before, Robert from plumbing went above and beyond while getting exactly what I needed at a good price. Every store needs more Roberts.

Store was clean, associates very friendly. Paint department was quite busy, but they still managed to make up my paint in under 5 minutes. Outside garden area was beautiful. These are the only plants that I have managed to keep alive!

Don't waste your time looking online for carpet. They only stock a small percentage of what is advertised online. Decent selection in the store and once we found an associate, he was very helpful. Cashier was funny and we had no wait time.

Home Depot has great customer support with very knowledgeable associates that are readily available. I really like this store better than similar stores in this area because I can always depend on good customer support with timely, correct information and product availability. Got help right away. It took a little longer than expected to find the dryer in the warehouse, but overall l will always shop here

the ease of finding everything in one location and not having to go to a variety of stores to find what you need is always very helpful

So grateful for your sales associate, Josh. He went above and beyond to take care of us from the moment we walked into the store to helping us load the new Kitchenaid grill in our truck. I have been painting our house,garage and sheds for the past couple of years. Had some trouble at first because I wanted a custom color. Took a few tries but finally got it. I love Behr paint so was persistant until it was exactly what I had envisioned. Have bought multiple gallons and it is always perfect. The paint department is usually busy but it is easy to leave your color and type of paint and then go exploring in the store.
