Black Friday sales were excellent as advertised

This store is always clean, things are easy to find and there is always someone around to help! When starting a project this is one place I know will have what I need.

Amidst the chaos of Black Friday shopping we felt completely at ease with the assistance given.

We are remodeling our home and bought our wood flooring, cabinets, and appliances at Home Depot. We were very happy with the service, the price, and the products we bought.

Great assistance by the staff! You guys are amazing.

I have never been treated so disrespectful by management. I was trying to buy a riding lawn mower for $2700 which was on sale yesterday for $1299, I asked the cashier why was it so cheap she asked another employee who indicated the neutral did not work, I said oh well my husband is a handy man and he could fix it. I purchased the lawn mower with my credit card and when the transaction was completed the cashier questioned the description of the mower I had just purchased because it did not match the picture on her computer at the end of the sale. After trying to find the correct sku as there was not one in their system; She called a manager three times to come and explain the discrepancy because she did not want to get in trouble. Mean while my husband pulled the lever to put it in neutral and the mower worked just fine, so we figured the price must be a mistake. When two managers arrived a male and female, they said the SKU was wrong and that they would not give it to us for that price. That's ok I wanted it anyway because this was my third trip to the store to purchase one. I asked how much would it cost then? NO one would answer that, the managers all walked off leaving the ever polite cashier holding my receipt of purchase which she was required to VOID. I asked her where they were taking the mower as two employees were pushing it toward the back of the store instead of out to my vehicle to load. She indicated she had no idea what was going on and that the managers never explained any of it to her. I have NEVER been so mistreated by management. Mxxx and Wxxxx need to be held accountable for not letting us buy the machine at any price. We would have paid the $2700 as that was the price that was on it the first two times we were there.

Employees were friendly, helpful, courteous. The store was clean, well designed, and easily accessible. Many choices and brands to choose from I was able to find what I needed with the assistance of a very friendly associate.

Had a great experience in several departments. They make it so easy! Ordered a hot water heater online and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The associate checked us out in record speed and helped my husband load it into our car. Went to the electrical department for wiring to convert a hanging lamp to a plug in lamp. Two associates asked if I needed help and the most familiar with my issue showed me where to look. He recommended the best product to accomplish my job. Everything has now been installed and each product was right on! I really appreciated their professionalism and assistance.

I've seen your store over the years since 1999. It's had it's ups & downs. It's best times are your employees. Keep the focus on them! The store has had a overall good standing. Still comes down to the Management & it's employees.

"Just Dave" went above and beyond to help me locate a cabinet that somehow got lost in the store. It was unlocateable the day before but when Dave saw the note about the "missing cabinet" he said he went, looked, found and contacted the manager to tell him what happened. J. Dave at that point called me, and told me the cabinet had been located. He also got the manager to give me $50 bucks off my order for my troubles PLUS the manager dropped the cabinet off at my house within the hour. I was SO HAPPY after all was said and done. I felt like we all did our part as a "team" to get the cabinet to my house and in one piece. Thanks everyone. I appriciate the customer service AND Just Dave, he's always a pleasure to work with.

The cashier was amazing. I am a CPA and familiar with numbers. She was dancing circles around me. The professional desk was apparently not familiar with the Owens Corning guarantee requirements or the international building code for roofing. If they were, they could provide Home Depot with valuable input on product lines that would be beneficial to both the Home Depot company and its customers.

mANAGEMENT or the sales folks, whoever, were thoughtful enough to provide popsicles at the exit since it was so hot outside. HOW NICE IS THAT????

very helpful and friendly staff that know there products unlike a competitor store that we first went to that couldn't find or even understand what I was after even though it was on there website, they tried up selling us to over double the price of the wood we were after.

The Missoula Home Depot store is the class of all the large multi purpose stores. We do all our shopping for items that the store carries. Will continue to look at Home Depot for new items.

Purchased a trailer and it was reasonably priced however the price charged was $100 over the price on the bill of sale. I am not very happy about that.
