I have been coming to this store each Saturday morning for the last few months and I love starting my day by getting supplies and completing a project on the weekends. I have found my newest hobby.

I was in the plumbing bathroom area. Salesman was right there. Spent time helping me select a long list of products to remodal two bathrooms. If I had any questions he was very patient with his answers and explanations. Especialy why one item was better than another. He never started with the most expensive and Ben was then went done nor did he start at the lowest price and work up. Ben was the salesman.

I give this store and its' employees a 5 star rating. I will not shop anywhere when it comes to my DIY home projects. The employees are knowledgeable about all facets of the tools, equipment and materials that are sold in the store. The courteousness of the employees is OUTSTANDING! I wish every place I shopped had this level of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been so impressed with this store I actually purchased Home Depot stock for my 401K account.

Not too many store nowadays are worried about providing quality customer service, but this Home-Depot Store has not disappointed me yet. Every time I go to this store I can trust to get advice on the project that I am working on. It doesn't matter how big or small the project is, there has been an associate there to offer assistance. Great Job Home Depot!!

The layout of the lumber department is convenient enough so that a sales associate need not be consulted.

always can find helpful personnel for all departments. They help me to find exact items and also work with me if I am not sure how to approach my project. They help with loading heavy items, the return service is always friendly (I return things quite often). The checkout is fast.

the garden store was still wet when i came in and therefore i didn't give excellent for cleanliness. but the store associate, Raymond was extemely helpful. he walked me to the isles and pointed me those things i needed. i finished shopping quickly and checked out quickly at the self check out counter. Thanks.

Every time I shop at the Riverstone Home Depot, I leave with a good memory of my experience. Not only are the Associates pleasant and helpful, other customers are quick to lend a hand. There is an Associate named John Williams who is "off the charts". I watched him "hold court" on aisle 44 yesterday. He effectively helped me and a half dozen other shoppers, as if he had eyes in the back of his head. He obviously loves helping people and takes pride in his job. That's my Home Depot❣

the store was clean and brightly lit and the staff helped me, mr.,raymond was extremely friendly and helpful. i was able to find the thing i wanted and checked out quickly. The cashier,mr. hampton was also very nice and he was a joyful person. Thank you.

Staffing is always very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is that a store associate be kind and professional in requesting that you do not park your vehicles in the LOADING ZONE of the lumber section while you shop for your products in the store as this is not a PARKING AREA. Please park in the parking lot area, shop and pay for your products then drive your vehicle into the LOADING ZONE, retrieve your carts, roll them to your vehicle, load your vehicle and return your cart back into the store. The key process here is be courteous to other shoppers. Respectfully yours.

The associates were helpful. He helped to load heavy items onto my car trunk with smile.

Home Depot is Better but Lowe's Is the Best. Lowe's has more variety

Shopping here or just window shopping like I do here is just a breeze. I sometimes come here just to look around.I'm the opposite of their average demographic (college-aged female) but I find myself spending too much time in here and I enjoy it. The Employees are nice and even when one gives you bad directions on the location of an item and you have another employee taking you to the item the first employee will recognize you and apologize about it... that to me is an employee with a heart and is human after all as most employees at big box stores (**cough cough, Wal-Mart) just wont care at all. Its gotten to the point that when I do buy something I'm getting recognized by them by just being there. And there nice about it...

Spring is coming...all of my lawn maintenance products were in stock (fertilizers, insect control, irrigation system fittings, plants, etc.). Instant Gratification!!!

Angie had a long line of customers with returns. She handle them professionally and with a very pleasant attitude. She completed the long line within 20 minutes and handle all problems directly, or by referring the customer to the correct person who could. Super pleasant and proficient employee.

The associate was very helpful and helped me pick out fence pickets all 25 of them. He then carried them to my car.
