Always love to go to my favorite tool department store. Great atmosphere and great tools.

The store assistant was very friendly and helpful, and my visit was productive although I do wish that this particular store had more counter samples for customers to bring home.

I found two older gentleman that had extreme knowledge about products needed for my project. One assisted with tile applications and the other with proper and efficient tools needed for my second project. Both Gentlemen were happy, through, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. No affence to the younger staff but they lack knowledge about how to and very openly admitted it. They instantly without hesitation paged for assistance. I truly admired them for doing that. They did not waste my time or money with trying to pretend. I love and shop at Home Depot and have for many years. You will find projects my husband and I have done at every home we have lived at over the years. AND we have many more to do at our new home in Missouri City, Texas. Thanks to ALL of the EMPLOYEES that help to make our work easier!!!

Just wanted to say that I stepped into the Home Depot Store in MISSOURI CITY, TX, to my surprise I had a life changing experience, only because of my low expectation about customer service being the same as the store I visit in the Greater New York area... 1. They have a number one rated service staff in my book... 2. They the necessary building supplies needed to complete my home project... (items picked by my general contractor... 3. The store was really neat and the isles were free of clutter... (Was in a NYC store 2 days before, big difference... 4

This store is my favorite. People recognize me when I walk in and greet me with a smile. I can always get help when I need it and the store is easy to navigate.

The store associate Mr. Raymond and the cashier Mr. Hampton provided excellent service. They were courteous and helpful.Mr. Raymond is also very friendly and always ready to help. Nice job, and thank you very much for the excellent service.

Easy to find products with the layout of this store, for instance the paint department is right up front!

The two associates in the Rental Tools department provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this department for your rental needs.

While carrying a guttering outlet connection from my home and, looking in the plumbing section for a fitting to redirect rainwater past a new flower bed. An Associate approached me and asked if I was looking for a connection for it. When I stated yes he gave me the following instructions. Go out the rear door to the garden center, turn left, go to the end of the aisle, turn right and you will see what you are looking for on the left. This guy is a walking Home Depot GPS!!!! This is my second interaction with this associate and he has the ability to give very specific instructions with respect to the merchandise location in the store. I'm a DIYer and often times don't really know what I'm looking for until I see it. This gentleman is more than eager to assist customers.

I have had multiple maintenance projects at home and visited this Home Depot many times to either rent tools or purchase products. The associates have always offer great advice and provide various techniques or strategies if your plan A doesn't work. Because of this it has given me the ability to move on to other areas of home improvement that I'm not to familiar with and successfully complete the project. A BIG THANKS to all the associates!

Service was excellent, friendly, courtious, and shopping was fun. Store was well organized and I have enjoyed shopping there.

I showed up at the store not knowing exactly was I was looking for but with a general concept. Upon talking to an Associate in the lumber area and explaining I was trying to protect my tomato plants from the birds he directed me to the plastic poultry netting. With this in hand I began looking for zip ties. An Associate in hardware gave me exact directions, providing the aisle number which side of the aisle and how far down the aisle I would have to travel to locate them. These people know the store very well! On top of that it was 8 a.m. in the morning and every one of the Associates must be a morning person like myself because, I received a cheerful good morning from all of them.

Best store ever I have been too. Go to no other store.

Prior to departing my home I researched two items I wanted to purchase at two different store locations Missouri City and Sugarland via the HomeDepot.com website. After driving to both store and wasting 2 1/2 hours and gasoline I discovered the website inventory information was incorrect for both locations. Now frustrated with my shopping experience I requested a Store Associate at the Customer Service desk (Missouri City Store) call the Hillcroft store and request an Associate to physically check for the items I was looking to purchase. I requested that the conversation between the Associates not depend on the computer inventory. The Associate confirmed the 20ft. telescoping pole I was looking for was in stock and would be at the Customer Service Desk Hillcroft store. Do not depend on the HomeDepot.com website to have accurate information on inventory levels or the correct location. Computers are suppose to make things more efficient!

They are always so helpful at this store and have cash registers open along with self checkout compared to the "blue" competitor across the street.

The store associate, mr. raymond is a good helper and he is very eager to offer help.He is also glad to offer good deals to customers. Though he might not know all the products( i think none can know) he is ready to walk with you to find out better deals or introduce you to similiar products. He also is pleasant and hard working . the products that was offer in home depot comes with very reasonable price.

When I need products and/or service, Home Depot is where I shop. The Staff is totally helpful, knowledgable and service oriented. I am handicap, and the help and services they provide gives me comfort for quick, convenient and easy shopping.

We were welcomed by an associate up entering .. the associate in the lighting area had little knowledge of the malibu landscape lighting ... the fix ... open the box and read the directions ... seemed simple enough to do an install, so the item was purchased .. check out was easy enough for a self check
